We've used Passenger cars many times in the past. Today, we're suddenly out of area. Your loss Passenger Cars but I'll make sure that I don't use you when I'm staying with friends 'in area'.

Rubbish Taxi! I’m , 70 . This is second time I’ve had to cancel hospital appointment because Taxi didn’t even bother to dispatch anybody. I’ve missed my important MRI this is not the first time I hope Passenger Cars loses whatever customers you have left! Incompetence manager never around nobody to take your complaint purposely I might add. I’d go anywhere else do not take Passenger cars if you don’t want to be late for important hospital appointments. hope passenger Cars lose all their remaining business you don’t deserve to be in business hopefully you won’t for much longer looking at these reviews

Driver didn't know where he was going…
Driver didn't know where he was going told my 16 yr old daughter to use satnav on her phone he was very rude and abrupt he still went wrong way so she panicked and told him to take her bk home he charged her 9.60 for a failed trip cos he couldn't do his job
A company going to pot before long cars was a first class firm
Pasenger cars was a first class firm, since the take over using an auto answer machine they have gone to pot, the human beings who used to answer your calls were always polite and treated you as a valued customer and knew you more or less by name, bring the human staff back, before you loose your regular customers to the likes of company’s money is not everything in life, but talking to a human is much better than a machine.

Used this company several times in the past but never again! Waited an hour for a taxi from Manchester airport and constantly told our car had arrived. Automated service asking if I would like to speak with the driver who ignored my call 4 times. The customer service was appalling! Avoid at all costs

This company was ok until it was take over by another a few months ago. I’ve booked them for 3 trips in the last month they were late every tim!
They lie when you call them & say they’re on the way.
I was left standing outside in pouring rain & was soaked. The driver was full of apologies, switched his radio o so I could hear them calling for drivers for jobs. He said they tell you your journey is booked - but it isn’t. Drivers are losing tips as passengers aren’t getting the service they need.
Sadly ‘‘this outfit seems to be taking over taxi firms all over. It’s a funny name but they still advertise usually the old company name - in fhis case Pasenger Cars!

Don’t bother
Not even worthy of a star. Pre-booked taxi days in advance to get me to train station. Called on morning and all confirmed. Waited but no show so called office 20 mins after booked time, told driver hadn’t set off and would be at least another 35 minutes! Absolute disgrace, ended up cancelling. Never rely on Passenger to get you anywhere on time.

They turned up 40 minutes late which is better than the last time when they didn’t turn up at all and made me miss my train to London. The time before that I waited 45 mins and then had to cancel and get my daughter to drive 45 mins to give me a lift to an important event. This is the worst taxi service ever and I will be deleting the app and using Ubers from now on.
Don’t use if you value your safety
Don’t use if you value your safety. Left stood in a dark carpark alone for 40 minutes to get told you won’t be using one of my taxis because I was angry at being left 40 mins. Woman has a disgusting manner in which she speaks to customers and will no doubt get further angry customers due to this unprofessional “customer service”
Always late
The booking system is super easy to use, but whatever you do - book your taxi for 30 minutes before you need it. Seriously, no taxi booked with this company arrives on time. Ever.

We booked for O2.45 Wednesday 24 July to take us to the airport.
Our driver Baba, was excellent. His car was spacious, clean and he helped us with our luggage. His driving was impeccable and he was most helpful and pleasant.
The price was comptetive. Cheaper than our return journey in an "Airport taxi"

Genuinely AWFUL
Genuinely AWFUL. Ordered a Taxi and took ages. We’re offensive over the phone and never picked me up. Janet in particular was very rude.

Totally unreliable service!!!! Just waiting to be picked up with my shopping. I was told that the taxi would be 20 minutes so I timed it so I would be outside just in time. I waited outside for 20 minutes calling for updates and they were telling me the traffic is bad. 30 minutes went by and I received a call from them. They told me there were no drivers available and I can cancel or wait for the next available driver!! I decided to carry my heavy bags full of defrosting food to the bus stop. It takes 45 minutes and two buses to get home!!
How dare they lie to me telling me they had a driver when that wasn't the case!!! Very angry that £30 of frozen food is ruined!!!
I decided not to tell them that I was cancelling and they tried to call me numerous times, probably to let me know they were there over 1 hour late. I didn't have the curtesy to answer just like they didn't have the curtesy to arrive on time. I hope that they have been inconvenienced and have lost other jobs because of this.
