Everything is laid out so wonderfully step by step and methodical, but also fun! So stoked to get my app up!

I went into this project apprehensive and very unsure that I could do it. I know it's information that girls need to become empowered women and I jumped in. But the end of the process was scary. The technical stuff was over my head. I reached out and asked for help and Hope answered. She held my hand, answered my (mostly stupid) questions, encouraged me, and got it done. I couldn't be more thankful for her help and her support as I completed my app and went live. Without her, the technical side would've never happened. Thank you, Hope! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

Our experience with Passion has been very positive overall. The standout has been the support we’ve received from Tracy, she's been incredibly responsive, proactive, and helpful in guiding us through setup and resolving any issues.

While the platform had a couple of bugs at the start, we’ve seen consistent improvements, and it's clear that feedback is being taken seriously. Tracy keeps us updated regularly on fixes and progress, which has really helped build trust in the process and the platform is functioning well.

We’re excited to continue working with the Passion team and look forward to the ongoing development and new features we can bring to our clients going forward!

My experience with Passion as a brand has been fantastic they are professional and friendly. Apps as a concept can seem overwhelming, yet Passion Dan and his team are great at demystifying technology. My App Manager, Tracy, is fantastic at listening to what I'm really saying and putting into place direct actionable steps that actually work. Tracy is also a friendly person whom I enjoy speaking to and bouncing ideas off each other.

I test services like this to see if they are as good as they say they are, and that includes them sticking to their 'Refund Promises' - If they pass the test, I then recommend them to my clients - So far, no refund!

As far as I'm aware, I have jumped through all of the hoops they have put in place to make the process of requesting a refund very difficult. To date, I have not received a single penny back!

I'm sitting here spending hours making some adjustments to a clients app when it should take me 5 minutes.

No multi-select, multi-movement etc. Ugh.

Avoid. build your own app with AI, don't waste your time or money on this one.

The level of expertise from the team members was absolutely exemplary and I was most impressed with the knowledge that they had. Bryan, Ashley and Scott were more than helpful and I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to further their business to include an app. I couldn't have asked for better support but in the end decided not to go ahead for personal reasons. I cancelled after two weeks and got a full refund back so these guys are trustworthy. My stopping has nothing to do with the level of service at all.

2 stars because being able to build my own app and make changes myself at any moment is really cool. And the app is developing all the time and adding cool new features.

The problem is the customer service. First of all, any negative comments on their Facebook groups are deleted within a few minutes, even when you’re reaching out trying to find other members with the same issue. So all you see on there are positive experiences which seems very fickle and snakey to me.

Secondly I repeatedly have the same problems and get different staff members trying to fix them. Some are good, some not so good. I updated my prices at one point and found it had not been updated my passion on their end so all my clients had been paying the lower price. Literally losing me money.
When I brought it to their attention it took a long time to fix and there was no offer of even a free month to apologise even though I’d explained the impact of the lost income on my business.

Today has been the final straw for me because some glitch has made all my private plans become available to another client who shouldn’t have access to them, (luckily she’s my friend and showed me) which is a HUGE privacy breach. There is nothing on the back end I can do to fix it, and when I fill out the form for help, it says they’ll be back to me in 2 days. My Facebook post has been deleted yet again.

I’ll be looking elsewhere for another app provider - I’m really unhappy with the constant bad service. Such a shame because the app builder is so cool.

Passion is taking care of the technical aspects of website/app development -- not my bailiwick! I also think that the app development is much more intuitive than i feared. Connor is excellent at hitting the right touch of being supportive, but also pushing to move me forward.

It is a wonderful program no matter where you are in your journey in the digital world. The pricing is fair. I loved that they don't hard sell on you, they are unimposing, just overall positive and energizing to engage in if you have the time and the tenacity to see it through. I can sense that they are really there to help and would recommend it to anybody.

The tech team and the coaches (Tracy, Sheila and Maf especially) are excellent in terms of responsiveness and supporting my efforts. My apps would not have completed so easily without their help. Thank you. Thank you

This has been an incredible experience because of the guidance and direction from the videos and written content, as well as the live support from the community (via Facebook). Passion.io is great with providing solutions and giving great customer service!

Creating an App takes commitment, patience and time I’ve found. Tracy has been great and has often gone above and beyond. Getting some features added / changes when the developers are needed can be a challenge. Slowly but surely we’re getting there and I’m grateful for getting this far.

I wrote a review on May 6th called "What the Hell" that voiced my concern about not getting the attention I needed in order to start my own App on Passion.io. It turns out that I simply needed to reach out to their support team (in the proper way) in order to get someone's attention. I have now been introduced to a gentleman by the name of Iwan that has quickly turned my one-star experience into a 5-STAR experience in a matter of 3 days.
This company is FOR REAL my friends, and I believe it will take my business from the launch pad (where I currently am) to the moon and back!
I explained to Iwan that Passion.io may want to consider someone stepping in to provide the kind of "hand holding experience" that Iwan is now giving me, and there will be a smoother ride for everyone that buys into Passion.io now and in the future.
Don't pass up on this opportunity my friends. If you have something of value to offer the world, you are on the right path with Passion.io.

The app only works well if you buy all kind of additonal programms. They claim that you can get your ap active very soon, but that's not complient with the current siutaion. Their service is loucy. They don't respond to emails and make you use you forms for contact that leaves you with no proof whatsoever that you did reach out on many accosions in that way. Which is not complient to several international laws. Further they promise a money back garantuee, but don't keep their word. In spite of sereval emails over the year, I still don't have my money back.

I sent a message on the 29th before I purchased to query the reply time given that this has been raised by others here (ironically). But no reply. I now have another question. Please Passion, I paid almost $2000, so maybe you can use some of that revenue to provide basic call support?

It’s all very frustrating.

UPDATE: Had a call from Pasion support, and the staff who helped me was SUPERB!

Easy setup. Straight forward help when needed and communication available when needed.
