I probably checked out three or four different tools before finally going with Passixer. To be honest, this industry is full of shady-looking sites. One looked like it hadn't been updated since the early 2014s, and another was so aggressive with pop-ups and "surveys" before I could even see a download link that I just closed the tab immediately.
Passixer actually felt like a legitimate company. The site was clean, the refund policy was easy to find, and they didn't hide their support contract behind ten layers of bots. Sometimes you pick a tool just because it's the only one that doesn't feel like a total scam in the search results. It's been a few days since I used it to unlock my device and everything went smoothly. That peace of mind counts for a lot.

I used the iCloud DNS bypass method after getting stuck on an activation screen with no way to reach the original owner. I want to be upfront that the DNS bypass approach does have some limitations on what you can do afterwards compared to a full removal, and Passixer’s guide actually explains this honestly rather than overselling it. For my situation, the limited access was enough to get what I needed off the device. Appreciated that they were transparent about what the method can and cannot do instead of just promising a complete fix

My teenage daughter knew the screen time passcode and was using it to extend her own usage without my knowledge. By the time I figured it out, she had changed it and I no longer had access to my own parental settings. To make matters worse, my screen Time passcode is not linked to my apple ID, which means I can't use my Apple ID to reset the passcode.
Felt ridiculous having to explain that situation but here we are. Passixer reset it so I could get back in and set a new one she didn't know. The software didn't judge me for the situation and neither did support when I briefly explained why I needed help. Straightforward fix for a genuinely frustrating household problem.

PSA: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!! I purchased this to unlock my iPad only to learn afterwards that it did NOT WORK on iPad 3. They only respond with “no reply” emails and don’t have any way to contact them. On top of that, they turn it into a subscription, which I would NEVER agree to!!! If you get the software to unlock a device, you would have no more use for it. BUT NOW THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! They then start charging you monthly for something that you never agreed to. I have tried to contact them without success. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. THIS IS A SCAM!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PROTECT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!

UPDATE: Since posting this review, I have been able to make contact with the company and they have been very responsive in helping me resolve this issue. I would recommend, however, that they update their website tomake contact with the company. At the very least, under “Contact” include a form or actual email for direct communication with customer support.

I have an ipod Touch that i use purely as a music and podcast device. No SIM, no calls, just media. I forgot the passcode after it sat unused for a couple of months and got locked out completely. Most of the unlocking tools i found online didn't list iPod Touch as a supported device or buried it in the fine print after you'd already paid. Passixer listed it explicitly (all the way from the older models up to the 7th gen), so i felt confident before purchasing. It worked without any issues. A minor thing maybe, but it matters when you're the person stuck with an iPod and not an iPhone.

I set a custom alphanumeric passcode on my iPhone 12Pro a while back thinking it was more secure. It was. So secure that even I couldn't get back in a few months of not using the phone. None of my usual passwords or combinations method matched. Apple's recovery process required an Apple ID and trusted device verification, neither of which I could access from this phone. Passixer bypassed the screen lock and got me back in. Yes, you lose the data on the device itself during the unlock process for this type of scenario, but I had iCloud backup so it wasn't the end of the world.

Bought the Android unlocked for a Samsung I picked up second-hand that was screen locked. Passixer dealt with it successfully. I’ll be honest, the process for Android was a lot more hands-on than I expected, a couple of the on-screen prompts for the recovery mode were a bit confusing at first. However, support answered my question within a few hours and helped me clear it up. The end result is a fully usable phone, which is all I really needed.

Quick and honest review. My elderly father has an iPad that stuck on a disabled screen after too many wrong passcode attempts. He’d been using a pin he couldn’t quite remember. Apple support told him he needed the original purchase receipt and the Apple ID credentials, neither of which he had handy. Passixer sorted it without any of that. The interface is simple enough that I was able to walk him through parts of it himself over the phone. That alone was impressive to me

Picked up an iPad 9 from a local buy/sell group, price was decent and the guy seemed legit enough. But of course, once I got home, I realized it was stuck on the Activation Lock screen. Classic. The seller ghosted me immediately, and I felt like a total idiot.
I tried Passixer as a last ditch effort. To my surprise, it actually worked! I’m back into the iPad, WiFi is fine, and I can use the App Store without issues. Just a heads-up: you can’t log into your own iCloud in the settings, but honestly, for a device that was about to become a paperweight, I’ll take it.
Best solution I found by far.

We manage about 40 company-issued ipads for our field team. One of our vendors setup the MDM profile and then went out of business, and we had zero way to remove their supervision profile or update the configuration. IT quoted us three weeks to sort it manually device by device. Passixer handled it in a fraction of time. We ran through most of the devices over a weekend. Not a perfect 10 out of 10 because a handful needed a second pass,but it was leaps ahead of any alternative we had.

I got stuck in a total catch-22. My touch ID failed after a drop, and since I rarely used my backup passcode, I completely blanked on it. I tried to wipe the phone via iCloud, but I couldn't login because the two-factor authentication(2FA) code was being sent to the very phone I was locked out of.

Passixer was the only way to break the cycle. It allowed me to factory reset the device from my computer without needing that 2FA code or the lock screen pass. I had to sacrifice the local data, but it saved the hardware from becoming a permanent paperweight. If you're stuck in a verification loop, this is a lifesaver.

If you do a lot of repairs, you know how much of a hit-or-miss situation unlocking software can be. Passixer is easily one of the smoothest I’ve used. I just tested it on a disabled iPhone 13; the recognition was instant and the success rate is really there. It’s a solid, reliable addition to my workflow.
