I am very disappointed with the customer service I received.
While I was abroad, my flight was significantly delayed late at night, and I contacted your WhatsApp support seeking assistance with lounge access. Unfortunately, the response time was extremely slow. When travelers are stranded abroad due to a major delay, timely support is essential. Waiting a long time for replies in such situations is simply unacceptable.
What disappointed me even more was that there was no genuine effort to understand my situation or find a practical solution. Instead, I repeatedly received the same response stating that I should have registered for the flight delay service at least six hours before departure. This requirement makes very little sense from a customer's perspective. People typically need this service only after a flight is delayed—not while they are still at home with no indication that a delay will occur.
I also believe the communication is misleading. This important six-hour registration requirement is not clearly stated in the email and only appears in the fine print. Such a critical limitation should be highlighted clearly and transparently so customers know exactly what is required before they actually need the service.
After returning home, I attempted to provide feedback. Unfortunately, I again experienced long waiting times and was unable to reach a customer service representative who would address my complaint. I even completed your customer satisfaction survey, yet no one contacted me afterward or acknowledged my feedback.
Overall, this experience left me feeling that customer service was neither responsive nor customer-oriented. In situations involving travel disruptions, customers need prompt assistance, empathy, and a genuine willingness to help—not repeated references to procedures that do not reflect real-life circumstances.
I hope you will review both your communication regarding the lounge access registration requirements and the responsiveness of your customer support, particularly for customers who are stranded abroad and need urgent assistance.
