Having seen Zac resplendent in his wabi -sabi fractured green pot in a branch of Loaf I was enamoured. A week later he was mine. He arrived travelling in first class carefully ensconced in his long haul sleeper suit all safe and protected. Unsheathed he welcomed me with his bowing japanese fronds and after a light liquid refreshment he adorns a sideboard. Whenever I walk past I smile. A stunner and worth every penny. Now saving more pennies to find him a companion. Zac should never be lonely. Care instructions clear and quirky. Here is hoping this is my first adoption of many from Patch.

Beautifully packaged and even better than picture.

Plants and pots are of great quality. There’s an excellent selection available on the site with helpful prompts to know what plants will thrive in which places. There’s plants having names is a quirky touch that I appreciate.
There’s a lot of plant care accessories available, some of which were sold out when I placed my order but they do have a stock notification system so that’s helpful.

I ordered from this company for the first time and had a very poor delivery experience. The plant was out for delivery with DPD for three days, still hasn’t been delivered (failed attempts), and even redirecting it to a pickup location failed (it actually never even left the point), so they would try to deliver it on the 4th day…

Live plants shouldn’t be left in transit like this, as it risks them arriving in poor condition. Because of this, I no longer have confidence the plant will arrive healthy, so I won’t be collecting it and will be requesting a refund.

I was offered a voucher for this - but I don’t actually want to order anything from Patch again. Delivery is terrible. Go and pick your plant yourself at the plant shop

Excellent healthy plants, reasonably priced, carefully packaged in cardboard- no plastic.

Beautiful plants which arrived in perfect condition having been carefully packaged. Useful to have a QR code to scan for instructions and information about each plant.

Really nice range of plants and the customer care follow up was very good.
Delivered well packaged and a really nice range of optional pots to choose from too.

Had a gift at Christmas of Vivi lemon tree, leaves dropped as I would expect shortly after. The tree now confirmed by a suggested scratch test by Patch is dead. Warranty only covers 30 days from purchase but would have still showed as being alive at that time. A 90 day warranty would be more reasonable & sensible. Hope I do not get asked how tree is doing. . On compost heap!

One of the plants I ordered was damaged and looked like it was dying (which a week later it is now dead) I contacted PATCH via email 3 times, with photos and advice on the plant, NOT ONCE did they reply......happy to take your money....NO CUSTOMER CARE/AFTERSALES backup.....I would not recommend or buy from PATCH again.

I used a Patch gift voucher. The plants I ordered arrived in excellent condition in sustainable packaging free of plastic, not even any sellotape. They look very healthy and I could not be happier with this purchase.

The plants are always top quality and the information given so the right plant is chosen in the first place is top notch. The aftercare support and instructions are excellent too. Even when the delivery driver had managed to break the pot, it was replaced within 48 hours. I have used them so often as gifts, particularly housewarming gifts. Although flowers are lovely, a plant and gorgeous pot last so much longer.
