This company is a scam it also uses other names Grace and lily , Grace and rose etc , don’t be fooled I can assure you their products are 100% CRAP and the chances of any money back is NIL

Dreadful quality, no decent returns process, returns to go at customers expense to Asia.
Many offers of keeping the dresses with a 15% to 30% refund.
Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.
I eventually opened a fraud case with my credit card company.
They are definitely not 'of London' which is why I bought from them.

Like many people on here I ordered a dress that arrived after at least a 3week wait. The material is cheap, the dress shapeless and way too big. After requesting a refund I negotiated via email (theirs were all AI generated) after sending requested photos I was offered 15% refund. Eventually after realising I would have to return the garment overseas at my cost I reluctantly had no option but to settle at 30% refund. The same garment I then found being offered on Temu at less than half the cost I paid. DO NOT USE this company.

If I could give this company no stars I would have. The dress took a long time to come and they emailed to say it was being quality checked. Actually this “London” company was really shipping from China. The dress eventually arrived awful quality and enormous. I asked for a refund and the process of automated “personal” emails started offering me first 15% refund then 20% then 25% and so on up to 50%. I finally accepted rather than pay to send it back to China. This company uses A I for their adverts, doesn’t come from London but China , their clothes are awful. DONT BUY

Absolute sham, not a UK based company, does not ship via royal mail, clothes come directly from Asia. The clothes are cheap poor quality copies amd no resemblance to photos. They are basically distributing Shein clothes for 4 times the cost and thats in the sale, and purchasing anything, as all discounted, means the returns policy is null and void. I complained and was offered 15% to keep items as a gesture of good will. Wrangled back and forth and ended up with 50% refund as to get anymore I needed to return to Asia tracked and insured. AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTAL SCAM.

Quality of goods very poor.
Customer services were terrible, they didn’t respond to my first two emails.
Theirs finally responded to my third email and offered me a 10% refund and said I would have to cover all shipping costs to Asia.
They came back with another offer of 20%, I replied saying I wanted a full refund, they offered me a 30% refund which I reluctantly accepted.

Bought 2 dresses from the website. Took some time to arrive. Very poor quality and much too big. Asked for address to return to for a refund. After several e mails and having to send photos they offered 15% and keep the dresses. No address as probably China. This website has now been removed by Google as a spam co. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Shabby cheap ill fitting dress. Nothing like photo. Sofia dress. Asked for refund and told it would have to be returned to Asia as it was in the sale and no refund offered on sale items. This is in their small print. Argued over several emails and accepted 50% in the end. Sham. Sham. Sham. AI generated replies. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS AT ALL.

I can not believe this company.
Basically they sell from China and there is no London office.
They send out poor quality items that bear no resemblance to the advertised one.
Everyone requires a refund as the goods are so shoddy, so they say they will pay you 30% refund and you can keep the garment. The garment is not even worth using as a cleaning rag.
I have managed to get an offer of 50% refund had anyone got a better result than that?
They make money by keeping the 70% value.
Who can we complain to who will stop this?

Wrong size sent, took weeks to come.
Email contact with English sounding person who was very gushing but ‘her manager’ would not allow a refund. After persistence I was offered 25% of purchase price and keep the garment, which was much too large!
Don’t buy from this firm.

Ordered 1 outfit in 2 sizes , requested a return heard nothing - then realised looking at other peoples reviews has to be sent to China. WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM HERE. You are fooled into thinking it is in the UK.
Material awful. Just had to put it down to bad choice.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Think will put in charity shop as not good enough to sell elsewhere.

Ordered a maxi dress, it took 4 weeks to arrive, when it did material was awful, very cheap & scratchy. Requested return information 2 weeks ago, no response have chased several times. Do not use them awful quality, terrible service and you will not get your money back.

I Purchased an item that took several weeks to delivered and arrived not fit for purpose as terrible quality of material and was a poor fit. When I raised this, I was offered only a 10% partial refund and after several emails finally 30% — despite being legally entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The response was dressed up as a special favour approved by the owner, but the reality is they are simply refusing to honour basic consumer rights. I have now had to escalate to my bank.

So Disappointed and would not shop here again. Avoid at all cost, they should not be allowed to operate.

Scam scam scam do not order from this company. Stated that Royal Mail deliver in a couple of days. I later discovered that this was coming from china. I asked them to stop order and refund money but they said already dispatched. I have battled with them and only got 75% of cost of item back after numerous e mails. Do not buy from this company the dress I ordered was appalling quality and I would not clean floors with it. Save yourself and the stress and hassle that goes with it.

The quality of the dress I ordered was unbelievably bad and bore no resemblance to the advertised garment. I asked them to honour their promise of a refund, which they said they couldn't do, owing to it being a "special offer". There was no mention of this in the advert. I was then offered a 15% refund!! I eventually got them up to an 80%refund (or return to China) after an exchange of about 26 emails. This company should be investigated! Do not have anything to do with them, as you will not be treated fairly.

I ordered a size 10/12 dress. When it finally arrived it was huge!
I asked for a refund and was asked to choose another size and pay £6 postage. I was not prepared to be disappointed again.
I guess this company is a scam.

The dresses I ordered arrived and I was shocked at the poor quality of fabric and workmanship.
After contacting the company about a refund they would not honour the 100% money back guarantee and and after many emails back and forth I was given a 30% refund!!!
Avoid this company.
