An empty tube arrived! One of the metal end caps was missing and the tube is empty!
I got an immediate reply to my issue. Fingers crossed it comes through OK on a second try.
I really appreciate their prompt response, on a weekend no less!

We bought a framed picture of the stars…
We bought a framed picture of the stars overhead as they were at the time and place of the birth of our new grandson from Pathos. His mum and dad wanted something to be a memory from his first Christmas — and they are delighted with it! And hopefully, in the future, he will be too!
Needless to say, we are super pleased as well.

Product was far far below expectation. What you see in the images on their website is not exactly what you get. I could have printed the same thing at home with the same quality and just bought a frame online compared to what I paid. I will never use them again.

Great Company, great product
At first I got the survey. I had not yet gotten my order. I sent an email to Pathos asking about my order. I wasn’t expecting an immediate response, but I was surprised. They assured me my package was on its way. I was relieved. The package did arrive within a quick period of time.
The t-shirts are of high quality Cotten and the prints are well centered.
I don’t think the t-shirts are smaller than standard sizes, but a larger size is fine. I’m very happy with my purchase!
