Found out only after paying $600 (which of course was not refundable) that they are just creating and pushing fake followers to follow. When confronted about it they always give the same response: "our team will look into this" bla bla bla... STAY AWAY! Never again...

As everyone else has said, total scam.

They were able to deliver fake/bot followers from around the world (nothing organic, local, or niche at all), for one month. So, not exactly what they promised. But followers did appear.

Then, they couldn't do a thing after that. My followers have been completely flat for over a month.

I'm literally calling my bank right now to file a fraud dispute on them.

Additionally, when you try to talk to them, they make empty promises, don't keep their commitments, and seem to use Chat GPT.

After a month of delivering 0 followers (although they promise 850-1500), they asked if I wanted to proceed with a refund or free month. I said refund. Then, they said they couldn't do a refund, I could only take a free month. Then, they said they couldn't do a free month, they could only do half a free month (the next month) even though my bill was due that day.

Everyone has talked about the Chat GPT responses. Yep, it's terrible.

Ce sont des voleurs. Faites attention. Ils prelevent des sommes differentes a chaque fois sans prevenir. Leurs plateforme est une coquille et vont vous prelevez meme apres une annulation.

All the reviews are fake. The account manager is just an artificial intelligence, making the entire experience feel robotic and impersonal. It’s a joke how bad and fraudulent this service is. I had high hopes, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

The communication is terrible, and I felt like I was just a number rather than a valued customer. My inquiries went unanswered for days, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. There’s no real support or guidance, which is incredibly frustrating.

I encountered several issues with the service itself, and it felt like no one was genuinely invested in resolving them. Instead of assistance, I received automated replies that didn’t address my concerns at all.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for genuine support. Save your time and money; there are far better options out there.

Only bots & fake accounts

Wish I would have read reviews before getting started. Shame on me. they got me for $45, hard lesson learned, definite bots and fake. this will only create fake perception which who ares, We want real customers and real sales. everyone has caught on to the % of followers versus likes for post. 100% fake, hope you read this before you pay for the service.

Total scam! and they charge you even after you cancel the account!

Après 2-3 jours d'utilisation, j'ai effectivement eu un nombre important de nouveau followers, mais pas du tout en lien avec ma cible. Et ça se voyait qu'il s'agissait vraiment de faux comptes. Je leur ai écrit à plusieurs reprises mais leur explication était qu'il fallait attendre entre 3 et 6 mois avant d'avoir un résultat. Donc j'ai préféré annuler mon compte dans les 7 jours suivant l'achat pour bénéficier du remboursement. Le seul point positif c'est qu'ils ont été réactif pour le remboursement. Quelques heures après, j'avais un message de PayPal confirmant le retour de mon d'argent. OUFFF

C'est malhonnête, aucun réel followers, tout est factice, aucune interaction avec le compte. Ne souscrivez surtout pas! En plus après résiliation ils m'ont prélevé 50€ et impossible de le faire rembourser car ils ont désactivé mon compte... Une honte !!!

It's a scam. Stay away from pathsocial.io or related domain.

Fake followers, mock up accounts & bots.
Totally scam.
And they insist their followers are real and refused for a refund.
Worst platform I've ever seen.

Update:
I've filed a dispute case through PayPal, then contacted PathSocial again for a refund. They issued a refund to me immediately without extra excuses. And the refund went into my PayPal account immediately !

What a lesson!

En seulement trois jours d’inscription, j’ai déjà rencontré des comptes et des likes factices. Je vous conseille vivement d'éviter cette plateforme.

Arnaque ! Après une erreur d’achat, j’ai contacté plusieurs fois les services qui n’a jamais voulu me rembourser. Mauvaise foi menteur auprès de PayPal. Bref je garde toutes les preuves, afin de porter plainte contre eux

I tried cancelling and refunding and they sent me to a retention dept. emails take 24 hours to reply. its now been 2 weeks and they wont refund my money.

fake fake fake, inde, pakistan etc... aucune retombée commerciale. A fuir, c'est une énorme escroquerie.

Pathsocial bombards account with fake followers, but i got a refund mail from them as i cancelled within a day, i was mislead to the site and got my money invested.. now i am worried if they will refund actually or how do i go to legal system to get it back.. no peace until the money comes back.

This is a scam, do not sign up. I was lured into believing they were going to help me, but I have just gotten fake flowers and customer service is really bad. I’m trying to get my money back, but they keep avoiding helping me.

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoiles, je l’aurais fait . Je suis montée à + 600 followers , mais c’est du bidon, aucune réaction, Rien . De la m…..e , à fuir
