Patient perfect has done more for our membership sales than I thought possible. Our goal at the clinic was to get more sign ups and steadier recurring revenue instead of one off treatments, and it's delivered on both! The platform makes it easy for patients to see memberships and packages and commit on the spot rather than think about it and forget. On top of that, the team (at patient perfect) have been excellent, friendly, very responsive, and their commercial advice is probably the best I've had from any software vendor.

Patient Perfect has been a great addition to my clinic. The Aesthetics and Beauty space has been calling for a simple and effective way to boost loyalty from existing clients and this tool truly delivers.

The fact you get your own branded app that your clients can download is really cool but the power of the app once downloaded is immense. I've seen it first hand the power of push notifications for promotions but you have to experience it yourself to really understand.

Oh, and the fact your clients can send referrals in App with personalised incentives is game changing - how many webinars have you been on where they say "word of mouth" is your most powerful marketing tool? Well, pair it with Patient Perfect and the process just got a whole lot easier.

The transition to their system was seamless, and Imogen has been fantastic throughout always supportive, approachable, and responsive to our questions.
