Total shell game scam
This is a total shell game scam of a finance company - DO NOT EVER USE! I set up automatic payments for what I was told would be the amount necessary to pay in full and avoid any interest. The billing was completely inconsistent...different amounts on some months making it very confusing to track. When the final payment date came I learned that they had not been billing the proper amount and they charged me the full interest amount and started charging me late fees. Ruined my credit. When I called to discuss I was put off, put on hold, told they couldn't help me, told a supervisor would contact me after sending account to review which would take up to 15 days. Nobody ever called or emailed. After a month I called back and told they didn't understand why it had not been reviewed and would make sure it was escalated. A month later and no contact, but they began taking $100 payments and applying 100% to interest and not paying any principle...and then charging me late fees because I was not paying principle!?!?!? This has to be illegal, but I have no idea how to fight it because nobody will call me back!

This company was easy to use & get approved for credit. However, I highly suggest to have automatic monthly payments. Make sure to pay it off before the promotional plan ends so you won’t have to pay interest. I want to give a special shout out to Max from customer service for helping me fix the issue I had. Other than that great company to use.

Beware of Patent Fi
Horrible Experience with patient Fi. I had gone to a spa they talked me into a bunch of services I paid for my first treatment at that spa. It was $149. I canceled the rest of the appointments. I contacted patient by and told him I’m not going through with the procedures in the beginning. They were great. They said they would contact the spa. I had no idea that they fronted the spa $5000. I explained to them I had never agreed to $5000 of services only three. They assured me that they were gonna get the money back from the spa and not to worry I asked do you need proof of my payment for my original appointment they told me not to worry about anything did not get back to me till 30 days later told me everything was resolved. I opened the account. I had a zero balance. I was so grateful. The following day I got another email saying I had a $500 balance and I needed to pay it that day or I was gonna get a late payment on my credit. I provided all the documents to patient file to show that this charge was not mine. Everything was paid for in full, including correspondence between the spa owner and myself.. Patient FI employees will not give you their last name. I had to go contact Experian to show that this was a fraudulent loan that I tried to shut down the day after it was approved. I had to go get police reports and experience investigator and I have to go to court because now I’m being charged in additional $500 on services that we’re already paid for..

Deliberately waited until the first payment was due to add that charge and will not take my calls after I provide all the documentation showing my appointment was $149 paid in full.

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service, not returning calls after issue. Never resolved my issue. I had set up automatic payment for 666$ a month to cover my whole loan for 1 y so I don’t get charged fee. When my credit card expired the last month of the payments, they never call me to tell me that I need to give the new code in front of the card. It’s same account and I activated the new card and it was working . Never had problems with my other auto payments with other companies that i use my credit card with . They just charged me fee of 2k and then I received a call from them that my payment is late and i own them money .Im very disappointed with their team and manager that I speak with for the issue. Its was anyway autopay , obviously I had the money but they just want to take your money and don’t consider anything you tell them. I didn’t know that my payment wasn’t going through!!!!
