Very pleased with the patio porcelain patio tiles. Well packed no breakages.

Ordered, nearly week later no delivery, no phone call or email to keep me up to date, phoned , said he was out of stock will have it to me next day which was a friday , said I had to have it by then as I need to use it on Saturday, he promised he would have it out to me . Surprise, surprise it didn't turn up Friday, it turned up Saturday. When I was already at job. Never use again

Product NOTHING LIKE shown in advert!!!
Supposed to be calibrated thickness and is NOT. Colours nothing like advertised. Supposed to be irregular shaped crazy paving but a large quantity are square tiles. Basically I’ve received a box of broken slabs NOT crazy paving as shown on website. Also glue like residue dripped on a large amount of product.
POOR - don’t buy from this company!

Good price and timely delivery. My only comment is that the ‘crazy’ pavers I ordered were predominantly oblong in shape or broken from an oblong slab such that there are a lot of straight edges to cope with rather than the random shapes depicted in the sales pictures. Having said that I managed to create some interesting ‘Japanese style’ paving patterns interspersing large oblongs with smaller more random shapes. I also like the range of colours in the pack.

I purchased a 40cm Drilled Sandstone Sphere from Pave World / PatioPavings.co.uk which arrived in brittle plastic packaging that had adhered to multiple areas of the sandstone surface.

The plastic could not be removed using a wire brush, hot soapy water, or a pressure washer. I consulted several independent experts in natural stone who were shocked by the condition the item arrived in. All agreed that the sphere was not as described and would require additional work to make it presentable.

I have been quoted over £200 to have remedial work on the sphere which will involve using fine sandpaper and stone stripper to get the sphere into the presentation/look that it was advertised as online.

The level of packaging which the sphere arrived in and presentation is not acceptable for a natural stone product, and it raises serious concerns about how Pave World handles, and ships their items.

Based on this experience, I would echo the advice to avoid Patio Pavings / Pave World. If they cannot properly care for stone, it calls into question their credibility as paving specialists.
