I had to withdraw 351 euros and they didn't give me a single penny, it's a scam

The following is the result of a bonus offer of 100 euro with supposedely a 1x wager and 100 free spins I was informed that I could cancel the bonus at any time but would forfiet the bonus if that was done so I looked into how much more I needed to gamble before I could make a withdrawal and below is the exact print out of of my position

I suspect this must be another scam site. No one with any business sense would run a company this like. Dreadful reviews No response to any emails sent let alone responding to the multitude of reviews.

Spam every 5 minutes in emails. Everyday.

I never gave them my email.

Complained to have it stopped, instead increased the frequency of the emails.

Sends me 20-30 emails every day. Can’t make them go away. Pure harassment. Should be illegal. How to get them to stop. Unsubscribe not secure. Ridiculous. Would give them no stars if I could.

i have never wanted to bet on anything,never signed up to anything or anything else with patrickspins,i would like to know how they got my email,i receive at least 50-100 emails per day, pages of them,i have blocked and reported them but to no avail.

Had to do a self exclusion as it was the only way I could see to stop the constant emails, text messages and PC notifications. Relentless !! I think it's morally wrong where you cannot go straight to a link on a gaming site which you can opt out of marketing. Pay out was very quick, but that's the only positive about this site.

Complete scam site. Make it impossible to withdraw winnings saying details are missing. They ask for personal id, passport details and a photo of both sides of your bankcard. After registering I got a call from a guy saying he was from my credit card company (they had spoofed the genuine number) asking for details from my banking app, when I refused he was abusive and hung the phone up on me! Then I received multiple calls from people with Russian accents speaking very poor English. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
