Unfortunately, I probably like most of the reviewers on here didn’t read these reviews until after the event.
I ordered an RFID Wallet from these shysters in early March… tbh unlike some on here I wasn’t really desperate for it so I was reasonably content to wait.
However…. It’s now mid April, and still no wallet has arrived, in fact if their tracking information is to be believed it’s been sat at a Lincoln postcode now for well over a week.
Having now read the reviews, I contacted these no-marks, requesting an update.. really not expecting anything to happen.. I’ve since contacted PayPal, as it was bought through them for a refund, so we’ll see what happens..
So in short, don’t touch these simps with a 12 foot barge pole, it’s definitely not worth the hassle.

Ordered in February still no order tracking stopped once arrived in UK .did contact and had reply apologising and that they would send my order again . Still no order and have asked for refund and no suprise have had no response. Do not buy from them .

So get to the lowest rating and keep going and keep going until whenever - very much like every other review on here a Valentines card ordered 10th of February 2026 arrived the 1st of April 2026 definitely a April fool for purchasing and expecting that this delivery would arrive in time - same pathetic excuses received. The actual product was so bad it went straight in the bin. If I went to any nursery and paid any little one to create and draw a valentines card and that would've been money well spent. it's very clear the shipping is where they make their money - There has been no response from them on any review which speaks volumes.

As with many others, a scam website.

The ordered pop-up card took 8 weeks to arrive.

Totally useless communications. Fobbed off with meaningless excuses.

For crying out loud, this site needs shutting down. awful.

they should be removed and action should be taken all the reviews are correct
it's a scam been waiting since February for valentine's day card yep didn't realise it's from USA tracking was useless been in Edinburgh for weeks sent email said they would send new one asap ,and they had no control over delivery company
no personal communication just as reviews say message about no control over delivery

Purchased a card + VIP shipping one week before Valentines day. Once I realised the purchase was not from an EU/UK firm, I realised it was unlikely to arrive on time. I messaged them anyway and they told me they would expedite.
I had a few exchanges with their support later to discuss refund of my ViP shipping considering there was nothing VIP about it at all. It doubled the cost of the order too, so not cheap!
On 27th Feb they said nothing could be done as the item was already shipped and it wasnt their fault about delays. Well, today, 20th March, I get a notification the item order has been processed and a tracking number supplied. Absolutely useless company. Don't be fooled like I and many others were, STAY AWAY!

It’s a scam waiting over a month for card.
They claim they don’t have control over shipping services.

I wish I could give no stars. Ordered 3 pop up cards on 31/1/26. Now March 9th and no sign. Paid £27 . Their e mails claim it is in transit in Manchester but it hasn't updated for days . Requested a refund. This is a total rip off. Beware.

Do not shop here - I ordered a card from this company well over a month ago. They took my money and never delivered anything. Almost certain this is a scam company.

I wouldn't trust this company. I order something, three weeks later, it still hadnt arrived. I contact the company, and they refused to refund me. It has now been 6 week (and repeated emails to the company), and I still have not recieved a refund

Ordered a Valentine Card on 31st January 2026, still has not arrived on 5th March and probably will never arrive.

I also think one star is too many I bought a dog toy which lasted no more than one and half hours I got intouch saying I wasn’t happy after waiting over four weeks for delivery then to get told they were on annual leave and would look into it at a later date they then came back to me and offered a £2 refund which I do not find acceptable

Definitely don’t buy from this company

I ordered one item and 3 weeks later still waiting with a kind of fob off excuse at the bottom of the support email claiming they are on vacation and may get back to you in 3 to 5 days. I have asked for a refund but keep getting no where. Be aware of the support and the delivery organisation.

I purchaed a valentines day card, and the total at checkout was £13.38. When i paid, i got a notification from my bank to say that i had spent £16.73! I sent a email their customer service and they only reason they could give me for the overcharge was a technical glitch. I received this money back a few days later into my account.
I purchases a valentines day card on the 1st February and it hadn't arrived 'today's date 15th Feb'. I checked the tracking yesterday and my card is still in America. I didn't know this card was coming all the way from there, i live in the UK. On the website the currency was in pounds £ so i just feel like this is fraudulent.
I have been ripped off tbh.
I would never use this company again, and i advise you don't either.

I had a similar experience to others. It appeared to be a UK website, but the shipping comes from the USA. After 3 weeks wait it was clear the item would not arrive on time. I tried to cancel and seek a refund and they just repeated that my order was in transit and refused a refund.

I ordered what I thought was a travel wallet that claimed to be able to stop thieves cloning credit cards etc. After weeks of waiting for it, it finally arrived today and I do not believe it does what if claims. I tried to double check the details of this product on their Website and it no longer has this product on it. I am not surprised. It would be nice if I get a reply to this and an explanation. But I will not hold my breath.

The company advertised products suitable for Christmas gifts. I ordered a 'wallet' in October ....and it's now 7th January and I'm STILL awaiting delivery.!!

Ordered a mug on 6 December. It has still not arrived nearly a month later. Website appears to be UK based but mug has been shipped (very slowly) from USA. I have chased multiple times and stated I did not want product if it would not arrive before Christmas and they just respond to ‘reassure’ me it is in transit. So frustrating. Definitely avoid!

Instagram advert for Christmas present ideas. Bought a simple china mug on 6th Dec. Looked like a UK website but it’s USA where they are on go-slow and it arrived eventually on 30th Dec 25. Website states

Shipping time 14-30 days!!!!
Just a warning not to buy from here in the UK unless you want to wait a month for delivery.
