Caroline Cole was able to expedite probate from start to finish in 2 weeks, a week of that was waiting for another soliciter to release the will. I am extremely pleased with the service. Saved a house sale that was already in progress

Paul Robinson solicitors acted for me to sell a property, whilst I was living abroad.
I found them to be professional, competent and very quick to act and reply to messages.
There was never a sense of time passing without knowing what was occurring in the background during the selling process, and I was happy to receive a courteous acknowledgment when documents had been delivered to them from abroad.

We’ve have just completed on the sale of our home and onward purchase of our new home using Paul Robinson, and we cannot fault them. Our solicitor, Emma was without fail the most competent and responsive solicitor one could wish to deal with. She responded to emails promptly and was proactive in chasing the other solicitors in the chain. While the overall process took almost a year due to two broken chains, the recent sale of our property went from offer to completion in just 6 weeks, and Emma was instrumental in ensure the legal side of the process moved incredibly swiftly, dealing with some complex last minute issues in a timely manner. We cannot rate Paul Robinson highly enough.

I've been using Paul Robinson Solicitors for a family law case for some years. But the inconsistency in transparency and safeguarding my elderly parents is unsatisfactory. They lack the understanding of cultural differences makes it even worse.

This includes interacting with customers who cannot speak English or have no proficiency in English law or comprehension. Due to their mishandling of my parents divorce case and tenant eviction they totally made a mess of a bad situation.

Paul Robinson Solicitors were informed that one property was in disrepair and they spent several weeks trying to advise us. Due to conflict of interest with mother and father getting back together they had further messed up divorce proceedings about trying to safeguard my mother and the outcome of the divorce and transfer of properties.

The litigation team also caused a further problem with my parents, to a point where I am no longer in contact with my family and my family have removed me from any inheritance. The firm has no comprehension about language barriers and and making sure the the customer has comprehension of law and the implications of poor advice. The firm was also instructed to investigate equity release fraud to the total sum of £82,000.00 by the family.

The firm had been advised a member of the family had forged signatures and documents to extort money from Halifax Mortgages. The firm took too long in getting this investigated. They also spent several months trying to correct titles deeds for my mother.

Due to the poor advise and systematic poor admistration the above has both caused loses to my mother and I have also lost a family and inheritance which I was promised by my mother when divorce proceedings began.

Acted for us on a commercial property purchase. First time we'd used Paul Robinson solicitors, this was also from a recommendation. Courtney Parry-Lansdowne was our associate solicitor. All I can say is, everything went smoothly, communication from Courtney was excellent and the whole process was completed quickly. I would use the practice again without question.
