Was searching for a reliable, reasonable car for weeks when i came across Pavilion Motor Cars. Highly professional team of people that know their cars well, and handle their customers with care and courtesy. Wide selection of cars, with an inhouse detail shop. The best place to buy a car without a doubt.

Their FRESH MOT is a scam. I took my car straight to Halfords after buying it. They were even shocked to see how this car passed MOT. Brakes were worn and tyres too. They even put wrong parts to fix the cars temporary. Spent nearly a grand in first week.
Avoid at all costs.
They are doing MOTs and repairs in house or their partnered garage next to them.

Wouldn’t recommend these to anybody.

Paid a deposit for a car earlier this week, paid extra for it to have a fresh MOT. Got there today to be told it had failed. Test drove it anyway as was supposedly just a tyre, car was absolutely shot and the rear doors wouldn’t open. They couldn’t care a jot!

Was there 2 hours cause they couldn’t find the keys. Then had to wait for a refund of deposit.

All could have been avoided if they either phoned yesterday to inform me of the failure or were truthful when I arrived. They were actually just trying to hide the car cause they knew how ruined it was!

Super Friendly staff and a huge selection of cars. Would recommend this company to anyone. Cheers

I was not going to write a review until they started to mess me around and cheat me out of my money.
Let me start by saying the buying experience was ok. But I believe they sold me a car that shouldn't have been given a MOT. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the car within the 30 day warranty so they could fix the problems
They say they've fixed the automatic gearbox and the power steering brushed aside the holes underneath the car and is ready for me to pick up. All fixed within 48 hours. Which is hard for me to believe when my local garage says " the car is not worth repairing and dangerous. We had a verbal agreement that they would buy back the car at a reduced price. £650 reduced price through no fault of my own I am taking the hit.
I had to wait over a week to get some of my money back. They have the car back on the website for sale a Peugeot

The worst company possible and the worst customer service/experience I have ever had! I spoke with them twice from the morning until I hit the road, and when I had 20 miles left to go, they called me to ask if everything was still okay. I told them I had 20 miles left, and they said okay, but when I got there, they had actually sold the car to another customer who had come from London. The ad mentioned an issue with an injector, and then they said it also had problems with the transfer case, although they didn’t mention anything about that to the other customer, just as a side note. Extremely unprofessional! I would give zero stars if possible. I wasted 3 hours on the road...

I left with a car from pavilion motors and at first I was not happy with a problem with the car - although pavilion motors have been helpful in resolving the issue with daily contact and helping getting the car fixed.

Overall I am happy with the customer after care received from pavilon motors.
