I am so frustrated bought this in good faith that it would be strong and indestructible, my dog destroyed it within 10 minutes of it arriving. It wouldn't be so bad if it cost less than £10 but it's definitely not worth £20 and you can't even contact them to speak to anyone!!!

Items much smaller in size than depicted on site. They lasted maybe 10 minutes total for all 3 items, before they were destroyed. Nothing to send back for a refund, plus would have to pay for shipping. Don’t know what type of delivery service, not us mail, not upset, not fed ex, not Amazon. A car drove up to the house threw a package out the window and sped off. Do not buy, so sorry I did not read reviews before I spent 60.00 on nothing.

Cheap didn't last 20 minutes tops all lies on website don't bother buying anything from this company better off going to the pound shop and buying 20 toys

DONT buy from these frauds . Spent £84 on products , were not delivered…. No response from emails or Facebook messages . Evil evil company

Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing. It hasn’t arrived but I’m told via email that it’s been so popular that they’ve sold out and mine will be coming from an international warehouse!! Wish I could get a refund but according to other reviews it will be almost impossible. I was duped by the advertising.

My dog took the monkey plushie apart within 5 mins! Dont waste your money.

Total waste of money. I purchased three of these toys for £35 and despite all the claims on the website these toys lasted no more than 10 minutes.

Utter utter rubbish.
Destroyed and ripped apart in 3 mins.

Don't fall for the hype. I was tempted to buy one of the Paw Friends dog toys, advertised as virtually indestructible. Nice looking fox toy but much smaller than expected. Within about 6 hours, our Bull Terrier had easily pulled off one leg, one ear and torn a split in the side of the body so that all the stuffing was coming out around the house. She was certainly attracted to the toy but it was less durable than some far cheaper brands found in supermarkets. Added to this, it took ages to arrive; certainly not the 5 - 8 days quoted. Utter rubbish and a total waste of money.

Dreadful company to deal with. They sell a product which does not comply with the Consumer Rights Act so I’m pursuing them for a refund via Citizens Advice Bureau ( as that’s the only way to get Trading Standards involved). CAB, having listened to my experience, sent me a form letter to use to send to Paw/Friends, giving them 14 days to respond.
My experience was very like the other reviewers, the items looked substantial in the adverts but flimsy on arrival and lasted under two hours. I expect that I can get my money back via my banks ‘Cashback’ process but I really want these scammers to pay me directly, on principle.

Bought a teddy for our 17 week old dachshund and within a few hours the rope arms where chewed off and a few days later the legs where chewed off. I tried emailing company -no reply and posted on Facebook again no reply.

This company is terrible

Bad, bad, bad advertising. Bought 2 'indestructible' toys for my labrador puppy. Within a couple of minutes he had the ears off and the stuffing was everywhere. Thankfully managed to retrieve the toy, but he had swallowed one of the ears. Absolutely dreadful quality, I have contacted the company but as others have mentioned below, I think it is highly unlikely they will come back to me. Do not spend any money with this company. Bogus advertising and Facebook should be checking the companies they are supporting.

Totally false description of the product. These expensive “indestructible” toys lasted 5 minutes. And my dogs are not even large dogs.

Shit product. Shit company. Do not use them.

Bought 3 toys hoping the ad was genuine and the dog toys would last. The order arrived as said, gave 2 to our dogs, retrievers, and they loved them to bits, literally, within a day. Heads off, ears off, ropes damaged.....
Contacted Paw Friends twice by email, (no phone contact available), and have heard nothing.
I wish I had read these poor reviews initially.
I too might try a claim via the bank.
