Ordered the paw towels to try out, for the money I expected better, I have better dusters that cost a lot less. The items shown look lovely with the nicely embroidered logo but I just received 4 plain cloths, might seem a small thing but I expect to receive an item that looks the same as advertised. Last purchase for me due to quality

Just bought the drying bag and OMG what a game changer!! I have a St Bernard who loves being wet and muddy. I always dreaded winter walks as it would take hours to get her clean and dry.
15 mins in the drying bag and she is dry and clean. I wish I had found you 5 years ago. What an incredible invention! Thank you

Terrific service. Very prompt delivery. A very smart medium blue checked dog bed arrived. Working cockers have taken to it immediately. Very impressed with the hands on customer care.

You can feel just how great the quality of this product is compared to things I've had in the past. Glad to say it's keeping my sofa clean from muddy paws!

Can't be bothered to buy from them as their 10% off first order never arrived nor did I get any reply to my email.
If they are away they should state that on their home page.
If that's a sample of their customer service it isn't a good one.

Recently purchased two dog towels. Super efficient service, delivery and communication with this company with a thank you note with delivery. The towels are THE best super absorbent dog towels and a really great size too. 10/10. Oh and it’s a British Company based in the UK! Another win win for me.

Generally the BEST towel and dog drying bag we have EVER used!!
I am always skeptical about buying products because I never think they will work…. But this is hands down the best money I have spent.
My dog is obsessed with puddles / water and the towel does the drying for you. She is BONE DRY when I use this, and the mud just pours straight off her.
The towel is such good quality and dries so quickly after use, not like a usual rubbish towel that ends up sodding wet. It’s amazing!!

So looking forward to receiving at new throw in the next few weeks, pre ordered and can’t wait!

I always say that I'll do a review and never seem to get around to it but on this occasion I must do!

I have purchased many things from Paw Daw having first seen them at John Lewis in Bluewater. The owner Anna was so helpful and knowledgable in her world and the world of our fury friends and I purchased 2 blankets/towels. One for the car and one for home. Woody loves it. I also purchased some of the lovely grooming products. The soap is fabulous and lathers so well. I was sceptical at first but after using just once I wouldn't use a liquid again.

Our towel has literally halved the drying time they are so absorbant.

Lovely branding, products that really do work and reasonable pricing!

Looking forward to trying out their new rug which looks gorgeous!

The Pawpaw drying bag was recommended to me by someone I got chatting to on a dog walk. I did look at different makes but this really stood out. I originally ordered the small but needed to exchange for the medium for my Cavapoo Jessie. I received a telephone call within minutes of emailing and I was really impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of Pheobe and Anna. Safe to say today I received the medium which is just perfect. The dog bag is such good quality and I know it will last for years. The velcro strap around the neck doesn't snag the towelling, the zip is really sturdy and I like that there is an opening to attach Jessies' car harness. Can't wait to use after the next beach walk! Would highly recommend (yes you can get cheaper makes but you won't get this quality)

I ordered towels, drying bags, paw butter and received a surprise treat sample, thank you very much. The towels are huge, fantastic for drying the dogs after a bath with just one towel. My dogs helpfully rolled in cow poo within a few days of my order arriving, great testing thank you pups. The towels themselves dry quickly too which is super helpful given how much water they absorb.

I’m returning the dog drying bags for the next size up, my mistake. Do size up as per the size guidance. My dogs are small but needed a medium bag to stretch and wriggle about in. The bag looks lovely, nice and thick with a chunky zip. My dogs tend to curl up on my lap for warmth after a bath while they snooze and dry off. I’m looking forward to not getting a wet lap as a result.

It shouldn’t need saying but of the three small companies I’ve ordered Microfibre dog towels from recently (only two managed to ship), PawDaw of London was the only one to have the items in stock & ready for dispatch as their website said they did.
When I went to order the next size up in drying bag and found the medium bags were available for back order Anna had added clear messaging stating there’s a potential 4 week delay on shipping. Upfront clarity and no surprises is much appreciated thank you.
