THIS COMPANY SELLS CHEAP RUBBISH FROM CHINA' THEY SAY THESE BEDS ARE GOOD QUALITY DEEP FILL CALMING DOG BEDS WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH ORDERED 2 AFTER READING THE FAKE REVIEWS ON THERE SITE THINKING I WAS GETTING LOVELY QUALITY BEDS FOR MY DOGS OMG WAS I WRONG THEY CAME ALL SCREWED UP IN A TIGHT PACKET GOT THEM OUT TO FIND NOT 2 LUXURY BEDS AT ALL BUT 2 SMALL BEDS ONLY BIG ENOUGH FOR CATS BEARING IN MIND THEY WERE FOR MY 2 WHIPPETS THEY LOOKED JUST LIKE LITTLE THIN FUR PILLOWS NOT DEEP AT ALL LIKE A DOUGHNUT BED AS SURGESTED ON THERE WEBSITE THEY CANT NUZZLE IN TO IT AT ALL FOR CALMING ITS JUST MORE CHEAP RUBBISH BROUGHT FROM CHINA FOR A FEW QUID THEN THEY TRIPPLE THE PRICE AND MAKE IT SOUND GOOD ON A WEBSITE CAN'T BELIEVE THEY CHARGED ME £80 PLUS FOR THIS CR@P AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE SO PLEASE READ AND AVOID AT ALL COST

As I was away my wife ordered the LARGE size bed for our Labrador. When it arrived I was extremely disappointed as the bed was only fit for a small dog.
No returns offer was made when I contacted Pawhot and the representative mentioned that the actual 70cm size was mentioned in their ad. I am sorry but LARGE and 70cm do not match Poor company plus extremely poor customer service. Perhaps Trading Standards might adjudicate!

Worst company ever, it's been almost one month since I've ordered something and still hasn't arrived. No specification on their site ( although it's an UK site ) that products come from China and takes ages to arrive, nonexistent...
Well,customer care? You get a standard reply as they think you are some kind of an idiot and you cannot see the route of your product on the tracking reference provided but I have to give them credit that their answer was polite at least.

Do not use, items are shipped from China not the UK and arrive 25-30 days later when your return period runs out from shipping.
Dog bed came in a heavily taped package torn and dirty.
Buy elsewhere, you will regret the purchase.

After 3 months, the product broke down; the zipper gave and there was no way to fix it. When I let paw hot know, I was told that the 30 day warranty was clearly stated in their site (might fault for not seeing the red flag there) The bed itself is OK, for some reason it does not feel/look as tall/plump as their website images. Anyway, lesson learned.

When the item arrived (just over a week delivery), I knew instantly the item was poor quality. It is in a vacuum sealed bag, once opened it was much smaller than expected and very poor quality - not like the ones in the photo on their website. I haven't tried to get my money back as reading other people's comments on here, it sounds like too much hassle.

Purchased”Calming Dog Bed”- delivery was fast but I don’t believe the quality is as described, the website suggests raised rim.. mine has none. It lists it as offering a “sense of security and coziness” which it does not, the centre section is very flat and low content filled.. the rim is only a seam and not raised.
The “iron clad, risk free 30 day guarantee” is clearly not as described. Having emailed backward and forward I was only offered £25 credit (total cost was just under £50). Although customer service was polite and efficient and the credit was paid quickly.
The refund policy outlines the product is to be returned unused and in original packaging - but as it is supplied in a vacuum packed outer bag - this is impossible to achieve.
All in all a very poor quality product with a very poor refund policy. Would not recommend.

After a non delivery of one of the dog beds I had ordered......weeks later and many replies from 'customer service' about it not being their problem but the shippers. I had to finally say A REFUND NOW! and a refund came. This is very sad because something is obviously going wrong with their business model. And it ends up with the customer having to get unpleasant and demand satisfaction. Do better Pawhot and we can then order from you happily. The first bed itself is fine the problem arises from the people they use to ship the items. Sad

Poor delivery, paid for express which said 5 days I received in 25 days
Opening hours can’t be 9-5 as all of my delivery chaser emails were replied to at 330am! They Didn’t know when it would arrive where it was, took over 2 weeks to leave Shanghai
Received a refund for delivery charge quickly which was good and the bed itself is good but wouldn’t order again due to the delivery and poor service

Awful. I bought this based on their good reviews, although now I look at the reviews for it I can only find 5 star reviews on their page which seems strange! But it arrived in a very small package for an 80cm dog bed and I eventually wrestled it out of 3 layers of tightly wound masking tape and packaging (25 minutes of my life I’m never getting back again😂)to find a misshapen grey lump of material which I wasted another 45 minutes trying and spectacularly failing to shape it into something that resembled a donut bed. Appears to have been shipped from China even though it’s a UK company and the refund policy states you pay return shipping, even for faulty goods so probably not worth my while sending this fluffy bit of grey lumpy material back to China. Can’t recommend this company to anyone based on what they have sent me, but given they only seem to print positive reviews on their page I’d prefer to warn people.

A complete joke. Dropships cheap rubbish from Aliexpress directly to you and profits hugely. Essentially a scam - their products are of poor quality, the customer support is rude and unhelpful. Avoid if you can.

This company is a scam.
They have their address as a Supermarket in East Finchley, London.
Customer service is via email and emails received have been rude.
