I love the mug they made. I asked for my two bunnies to be created. It was a gift for my husband for (late) Christmas because I second guessed how he would receive it.

It came yesterday and his reaction was more than I could have imagined. He's an impossible man to shop for. This made him misty eyed and he sat petting the bunnies for a minute.

I am so grateful to finally find something he loved.

The bunnies are gorgeous and capture them so well. The work is so incredibly impressive for such small work.

The mug I ordered arrived within a month (to Switzerland). It was a little smaller than I expected but otherwise very cute. The packaging was very well made to prevent breaking.
The mug was sent from China, which I wasn‘t expecting. Make with that information what you will.

I felt compelled to write this review after reading some of the others online, as I started to worry that my order might not reach me. I’m really glad I went ahead anyway. From start to finish my experience with Pawows has been completely positive.

My order arrived safely and within the expected timeframe, and the packaging was secure and well presented. The product itself met my expectations, it’s exactly as described, great quality and clearly made with care. You can tell real thought has gone into both the design and functionality.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the delivery experience, and would have no hesitation ordering from Pawows again or recommending them to others. It is always reassuring to be proven wrong when unnecessary worries creep in, and Pawows delivered exactly as promised.

Terrible service and the product broke almost instantly.

They took nearly 6 months to send me my custom mug. Originally, they said it would take a month. The figurine then broke.

Although Pawows was very responsive in emails the mugs were never delivered even after 6 months. The said that they arrived in our country, but our postal service said the tracking number Pawows gave us does not exist.

From 1 star to 4 stars. First my bf ordered this for me and it came way too late and also was the completely wrong color. It was white instead of DARK grey which my cat is. I was very sad and I complained and emailed them about this and they kept trying to excuse it as firing process issue which was “normal”. But I kept my ground and refused to accept this as it’s not supposed to go from RICH DARK GREY to WHITE. It took quite some time before they would offer a voucher or a discount and then eventually a new cup. I was skeptical about the new cup, but I truly just wanted what my bf had wanted me to have, so I accepted a new cup. To my surprise the new cup is beautiful. It’s the right color and details are great. It’s beautifully made. I’m more than satisfied with the new cup. However, I cannot allow myself to give 5 stars due to the initial lack of service. That first cup should’ve never been sent out, they should’ve remade it without me having to email several times back and forth. But I will give 4 stars as they provided a new proper cup.

Ordered on 1st November 2024, it came on 25th APRIL 2025. Excuse me?? Also it came totally damaged, the pets weren’t glued there and were shattered.

The statue in the mug that I ordered looked NOTHING like the dog we sent photos for. The statue was clearly a pre-fab skinny pug dog, when the photos I sent were of a very fat bulldog. So disappointed. Would recommend asking for a photo of the product before mailing so that it can be rectified if wrong.

This is a scam. This company had not shipped by order several months after purchasing. I reached out many times to their customer service and did not receive anything back. Eventually I put in a dispute with my bank at which point they illegally submitted a fraudulent email record in which I requested that the dispute be canceled.

I’m sure there are more reputable seller out there who sell similar products. Don’t be like me. Do your research.

I ordered a small statue on a pillow on 12/2/24, and it finally arrived on 29/1/24. It definitely required a lot of patience. At first, I was worried I’d been scammed after reading all the negative reviews. However, just a week before it arrived, I suddenly received tracking information. The package arrived safely, the packaging was fine, and the finished product was exactly what I had requested. Still, I can't shake this odd feeling about the company.

Order placed on November 29th 2024. Their website promised Christmas delivery if the order was placed before December 5th. This is nearly the only reason I chose to do business with Pawows. This mug was going to be a gift for my girlfriend, and here we are 2 months later empty handed and annoyed.

On December 27th I went scanning through my inbox to see if I missed a tracking number or an update, but there was neither. Upon asking for an update, I was asked to be patient, that they were overwhelmed with orders, and they offered a $30 gift card on my next order, which I never intend on using.

January 9th, they generated a shipping label, I was hopeful to see some updates, but it stated that "USPS had not received the item". I believe they simply made a label in an effort to buy time because at this point I was threatening a chargeback.

January 16th, They said they shipped the item 3 days ago, and that they'd give me a photo of the product in the next 2 days (This makes zero sense)

January 19th, USPS shipping status still indicates they do not have the item, Pawows has gone silent for the last 3 days.

January 20th, chargeback initiated.

This mug was in total, $245, $30 of that being expedited shipping. I've gotten nothing but rubber stamp emails from someone who does not speak english, and has been completely useless throughout this entire process. I'm exhausted dealing with these people, and I want nothing more than my money back, If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.

This company is a scam at the very worst, and incompetent at best. Please avoid doing business with them, find someone on etsy instead.

This place is horrible. They only show high rated reviews on their website.

I ordered two mugs for Christmas before the deadline for it to arrive on time for Christmas. As it’s getting near Christmas it starts to look unlikely that my mugs will come on time. I email, they tell me that the mugs take 4 weeks to make and 2 weeks to ship. I let them know that they should not have false advertised on their website that the mugs will be made on time. Mugs arrive a week or so on January, my Christmas gifts are now late. I am hoping the customization will make up for it to see that they did not follow the instructions right. I email them, they respond right away, asks me for pictures, I send it, asks me if I want them remade. I tell them no, I would like a refund or some type of reimbursement. Few days pass no reply, I follow up, no response, totally ghosted me.

Absolutely disappointed to have spent $200 something on two customized mugs. They would have been adorable if my order came right, but being ghosted that’s another level of horrible business practices.

I hope people find out about this. These mugs also come from china, my shipping label had Chinese address. I saw Etsy has a lot sellers who does the same thing for fraction of the price. I gave them a chance, unfortunately cost me $200 and late incorrect Christmas gift that couldn’t be gifted.

This company is a scam. They lied about the delivery date and then I needed a simple address change once I realized I would not be getting the mug when I expected to and they dragged the conversation out over a month. Just received a shipment notification to the old address.

Who knows if I’ll ever receive the mug and if I do what it will look like.

Ordered 12/2/2024. Arrived 1/10/2025.

I was starting to get worried around a month without shipment. I then decided to go to this site and was convinced I was scammed. I swallowed my pride and thought I just learned a hard lesson. Lo and behold, a mug did arrive. I actually was impressed with the quality and the cat matched my photos well down to the eye color and size. I even asked to have my pets name written on the inside and it was.

Considering the mug’s quality and custom nature, I would say the price I payed ($90) is justified. Just wanted to leave this here because my experience seemed different than the rest and the company does deserve some credit.

Delivery process took quiet a while. Ordered two mugs end of november 24 which were delivered first half of january 25. The mugs are absolutely adorable.

I think the people behind the company must be crazily understaffed or overwhelmed by the amount of orders so they can't handle the workload in time. This is no excuse for their support not being reactive though. We read feedback on trustpilot and didn't expect the mugs to ever arrive, but they did in the end. So folks, just stay patient.

The product came late, and the product was of poor quality but it did come. At the price you pay you'd expect a higher standard of craftmanship. spend your money elsewhere.

They got the details of my cat incorrect and refuse to provide a refund. They offered a $30 gift card but that's not good enough given that I paid over $300 for a mug that doesn't even reflect what my cat's look like. Now they are refusing to answer my emails

The order I placed in October hasn't arrived as of yet. Getting in touch with the team is not straightforward, nor do they share meaningful updates.

Shady for sure, but I did end up actually getting my mug! I ordered on Nov 8, emailed them for the first time in early December, and as I saw in other reviews, at 6 weeks to the day, I got a shipping notification. Which was of course just a shipping label. In New Jersey. I only mention that because the item was “picked up” in Los Angeles where it then bounced between “ Picked Up By Shipping Partner” and “Arrived Shipping Partner Facility” for TWO WEEKS. I emailed them again asking about it, and they said they were trying to contact the shipping partner. Then magically the package teleported from LA at 4:30am to Chicago by 1:30p where it was suddenly at USPS! From there of course USPS did its thing, and the package was delivered in Denver in less than 48hrs. The figurine in the mug is adorable and does look about as close to my dog as you can get at that scale! The mug itself is boring as hell just plain white little tea cup, but it makes sense if I say artist’s choice that they would pick the most inexpensive basic mug.

All that said, I’d just order one from Etsy (which I wish I had thought about and not been swayed by Instagram) cause they’re less expensive, support an individual artist (I assume!), and will probably give you realistic timelines!

This company is a scam! I am 10 weeks out from an order that was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. I receive nothing but canned responses saying my order is in production so they cannot issue me a refund. However I have received no proof of production for 6 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
