I was working with DeAndre Mathurin and he was so polite and professional when helping me increase our credit line ASAP. He took the time to listen as to why we urgently needed our credit increase ASAP for payment to 3 of your vendors. He made it happen and removed the stress out of the situation. He's definitely a huge asset to PayCargo!

we are a very active forwarder customs broker agent and mostly deal with US funds but we needed to get assistance in our Canadian fund business, RUDY BARRO was the agent with Paycargo that assisted us to familiarize ourselves with our Canadian platform and escalated a request for a limit increase in our Canadian fund operation, Professional, Courteous and effective.

I just got off the phone with Juan B, who assisted us with a refund with no hassles. i was sure i was going to call and be on the phone waiting for forever but no, someone answered right away.
