This was my first step into the "self-employed" world and with the help of Sean and his team was so easy and hassle free. Sean was brilliant, very friendly and professional and explained things to me clearly and precisely and had me up and running in no time! I never had to call or chase them for payment, and the one hiccup we did have was resolved within hours the same day. So would highly recommend using them.

Got to be one of the worst services and these guys need looking into. The past few years I’ve had unexpected letters from HMRC due to payme not having correct tax codes. When I have amended it has reverted back to incorrect. Call up mid day for p-45s and it’s like I’m asking for the earth to move. Just a quick fix for companies to outsource but they are causing individuals pain in the long term.

I have always had excellent, prompt and clear advice from Payme and Abe Thomas was no exception this morning.

Sean from PAYME is friendly and efficient. I recently had a short illness, and he organised my docs certificate, and forwarded to his payroll, so I did get the statutory money owed to me. I am now fully back at work, and being paid full pay again. I always get paid a day early or on time. Wonderful!

Payme have been very supportive during my time with them, always paid on time and support was always available and efficient if I ever needed it.

The staff at Payme are really decent people. They will go out of their way to help you get paid when others in the chain have made mistakes or been top lazy to help. I have been paid after the payroll cut off, late on Fridays when most people would just tell you its too late.

Excellent Umbrella/Payroll company. Had no issues whatsoever with my weekly pay. Portal is very straightforward and easy to use. Staff are responsive and answer the phone quickly. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Joseph for the final call !

Roseanna Mace is extremely helpful and has always been at hand to help with queries for my office and the guys we use out on the ground. I completely satisfied with the service provided.
