Pathos has been helpful in getting some articles out there helping raise my institution's profile. There's been a learning curve around process, thus the 4 stars, but being old school in my "grading", three stars already is good. Glad to have this team.

The company provided us services as promised. We are quite grateful to the entire team and happy with the outcome despite a few bumps on the journey, which requires some fixing.

I was contacted by Pathos about 4 months ago because of my company's technology claims regarding removing microplastics from skin care. They had interest for an article from a large media outlet regarding micro plastic replacement.

I decided to "play" along and thankfully I did. Pathos got us 4 articles published in major publications and kept their word all the way through: quality published articles and not a penny invoiced until published.

The quality of the writers and managers are second to none. Pathos delivered and we are using their services in different markets now.

Excellent writers - don't be fooled, there's no way AI can keep up. The team has amazing writing skills. We found that in our case, the team works extremely quickly to grok deep technical subjects and level them up. We got the value we were seeking from a PR engine and more.

The only reason I am holding back on a five star review is that I have not yet seen any direct benefit from the publicity. However, they are working with me to make this happen and as soon as I get the first client who mentions that they saw or read an article, I will be upgrading the review to five stars.

The Pathos team is very professional and worked diligently with me to write three articles that were all published in national media outlets very quickly. I'm starting this review out based on the limited experience I've had so far, and I'm open to seeing where my relationship with Pathos can go.

Firstly, loved the team and the process. I'm just a results gal, so I need to see results from being published and what the ROI will be like from the one article that I was published in.

It's a legit company and everyone is meticulous and kind.

It moves fast...faster than I was expecting, pros/cons to that.

It's very expensive if you're only published in 1 top tier source, which is what's happened to me. Hoping that I will be published in more to help me feel better about the big investment.

I'm open to seeing what can come out of this because that takes times. So far it's been about a month and I haven't made any ROI yet.

I can definitely see myself working with Pathos in the future, but it's contingent on the results from this first experience.

I look forward to giving them 5 stars, which for me would look like opportunities flowing in from the promotion/placements they've done and will hopefully continue to do - they say they don't stop pitching you if you get 1 publishing...so let's see what happens!

The process was fairly easy and straightforward from meeting with Declan and speaking with Courtney. The content created for the web was good to get our firm name and approach to a wider audience. The upshot was the control over distribution of content once the articles were created. We had something to share with others that validated our "realness" as an organization. We are in a "What's next?" moment now to determine how we might continue to work with Pathos to leverage other future opportunities to showcase our organization in a more effective fashion.

I thought this was a scam originally and I've honestly never really understood how the whole PR thing works. But once I had zoom conversations with real people from the team I was convinced to give it a shot. Pathos was a very smooth process from initial contact, article content formation, editing, and transparency on the media reach out.

Pathos is amazing. It's a great, friendly, well-organized company. Even during individual meetings, I felt the expertise of the whole team behind me.

I am an expert in education, leading teams, policy and so much more. I am NOT an expert in promoting myself or my work. That's why I am so happy I found Pathos.

As an educator, my goal is to articulate my vision and advocate for the field I believe in. The pathos team helped me prioritize my ideas in order to communicate information in a clear inclusive manner. The resulting media attention was excellent.

To begin, I expressed these opinions to Omar and he still suggested I post my review, so here goes: Pros of working with Pathos so far: 1) Process moves quickly, 2) Pay on results model is fair, 3) Getting the initial video from Omar feels like a nice way to warm up to Pathos, and having a 1:1 with him (after the customer gets a taste of what Pathos is all about) is a big treat, as he brainstorms with you in real time about how he can help, and 4) Omar is excellent about helping the customer see the possible and "upselling" as appropriate. Cons of working with Pathos so far: 1) Sales process is almost too fast, with too many cooks in the kitchen and a lack of clarity of whom the main customer representative "point person" should be, 2) "Pay-on-results" can sometimes be confusing and subjective, in the sense that what the customer might view as "results" could different from what Pathos views as "results," 3) As it relates to articles, the author is competent but needed some help with basic edits and also did not necessarily strike the right tone for American audiences reading the piece, 4) Collecting the money upon achieving "results" having been secured can feel a bit like a debt collector chasing you, especially when an article is published more quickly than the customer expects, and 5) Pathos could be clearer with customers of what short- and long-term success could look like, so that the customer has something to budget for and shoot for. Education and "slowing down" could be a major game-changer in fostering a long-term, satisfying experience. Again, to Omar's credit, he heard all of this from me yesterday, and I am certain he is committed to improving customer experiences.

Overall experience very good. Staff is responsive and works diligently to achieve objective. Journalist assigned to our account, Courtney Doonan, was passionate about our vision, generous with her time, and pleasant to work with. We were pleased to be published in two prominent journals, however, we had hoped the placements would have had greater visibility to reach a wider audiance and not be located in "contributor content" section.

This was an incredible experience! From my initial contact with Mary to my last meeting with Omar were incredible and informative. They truly helped to showcase the value of their firm and value of media for my business! I would absolutely recommend their services for anyone that wants to take their business to the next level!

Working with Pathos has been a great experience. Their business model is very fair, and I really like their pay for results approach to things. I also like that clients know exactly which opportunities are out there, and you've then got the ability to decide if its a good fit or not.

They have created a number of great media opportunities including USA Today, which created a very clear result in increased exposure that was seen across our various social media platforms.
