Well I get my issues sorted out well that was the money has been prossesing instead been paid. So all you need is the first time to send id-kontrol to the chat or call the paysi stuff to get it sorted out the problem. Thanks to the service stuff called Nuraddin. Paysii has the best rates, so good to have Somali and English speakers customer service team. Abdishakur and Ilyas were wonderful and even helped my elderly mother

My experience was made great by Nuraddin, who provided me with great customer service, swift responses and resolutions. It’s rare to get quality customer service from remit apps like that, so I will definitely be making it my main remit app. The whole process was quick, easy and informative.

Worst remittances company ever
Their customer service lines are almost non exist and terrible unprofessional. If they ever answer calls which they don't usually, they'll hang up on. They'll find an excuse to block 🚫 your account when the system picks up your location, an area no cover by their service for example Africa.
They'll blame you when ask to unblock the account, by claiming you forget your password.

Excellent service and very efficient. They responded really quickly and able to done what I needed to do.

I sent it the money in my country. I don’t receive it. 💯 dollar that’s the problem. I don’t know what is the problem but too days ago he sent it to me for email.paysii He said to me register for your ID card in front 🪪 and Buckside. Already I do it I take photo and then I receive a registered but it still didn’t take for the money for 💯 dollar that’s what I send it in my country. Support does not exist when things go wrong.
If you’re lucky enough to have smooth transaction you’d think this is good company. If and when something goes wrong you call customer service, they won’t even take your call. Almost impossible to get hold of someone. Very frustrating. Save your self the hustle and use other company’s. Just avoid Paysii

I had a terrible experience with Paysii. They deducted money from my bank card for a transaction I was making, but the funds never reached the intended recipient. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their support team, and providing all the necessary evidence, I received no follow-up or resolution. It seems like their customer service is non-existent. I’m now forced to contact my bank to try and recover my money. I would not recommend Paysii based on my experience.

Shocking customer service. I do NOT recommend.

They would not answer the phone, I was on hold for long amounts of time (45mins at the minimum each time) and then the line disconnects once I get to position number one. If you’re lucky enough to for someone to answer they say they will call back which doesn’t happen.

I was trying to transfer to someone this morning (11am) and the receiver is yet to receive the hard earned money I was sending. They would not release my money for me to go elsewhere and I will have to resort to contacting my bank as we are now close of business (7pm).

If you are looking for a money transfer company from UK to Somalia your best bet is to take your money elsewhere and not waste your time with these people. If I could not give a star rating then they wouldn’t receive one either but TrustPilot expect you to leave a one star rating at a minimum.

Worst support ever.

They deducted money from my debit card for a transaction I was making through them, but it never reached the receiver. I called their support many times, but despite giving them all the evidence they needed from me, nobody got back to me. The only option left for me is to call the bank and get my money back from them.

Paysii makes life much easier and able me to send my money to family and friends easily. Always there to help 24/7 I’m person who works late and when I called them still able to get help. What I love about paysii is you can send as much as you want as long it’s your own money. Instant transfer is also amazing. Thank you paysii

PaySii for bad service.
If you call them or text them, they won't answer you. The money I sent to my family in Hargeisa and Burco is still listed (processing).
Sweden phone number 0046844682333, which is the closest to Denmark, I called 3 times. It is not taken. I wrote a message to them, I have not received a reply until now. I don't know what to do?
My money should be received by the people I sent it to, or I should get an answer to why?
