WASTING OF MONEY
Very expensive! It looks like something made in Excel, nothing realistic. In a first view, you can note that is fake. The template is basic and can be made by anyone with a computer. 3 attempts to use it, 3 times rejected…so, I lose my money. Very disappointed.

Experience was not the best today
Experience was not the best today. The system kept glitching. Would not display all withholdings and the gross year to dates were wrong on my end. Customer service had totally different numbers on there end and sent me a copy

Good but Errors
I've been using this service for years and although the interface has improved, I was very surprised to see that my calculations for the paystubs were wrong. I do like that I can get 3 stubs at the same time, but if they are not calculated properly, it defeats the purpose. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to contact customer service to fix. Thanks.
