After receiving poor customer service from a well known merchant I found Paytriot and spoke with Jordan Noon who has been great and had me set up in no time, if I had gone here in the first place I would have been up and running 6 weeks ago! If the service continues like this I’ll be very happy.

We decided to go with Paytriot, as they took time to understand the business we were in...and were able to provide us with the service we required to take payments through our website. Jordan went out of his way to get things sort quickly and efficiently, so all in all...well done guys...and thank you.

Shut down our payments due to issues with OTHER clients. They did not do their due diligence and now all their legit clients suffered.

We were told it would take 2 weeks to get back up and running 2 months ago, instead they simply did not get back in touch.

Like many other reviews, my advice is find yourself another payment gateway, this is a shambles outfit.

This has been by far one of my best experiences with a company for initial setup and ongoing support. Jay has been amazing, answering any questions I have quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Paytriot are highly recommended from me. They made the merchant part of setting up a new business extremely easy, the process was extremely simple and fast.

If you need a merchant provider, Paytriot is the one to use.

It was clear straight away that my consultant, Jay, was familiar with not just my industry type, but the problems we had when searching payment processor.

Most of my previous applications had taken over an hour and a half, which was usually done over the phone with a salesperson that will talk endlessly, and in some cases I have waited over a month just to be turned down.

It took no more than 10 minutes to give me an overview of Paytriots model, and get something out to me in writing and almost no time at all to be accepted and start processing.

Jay really was a fantastic consultant and remains to be to this day. If I’m stuck with anything, or have a small question and I need a quick response, I’ll shoot him an email or a call and 9/10 times my questions answered in seconds.

Some of the other companies I had worked with had excellent support or other good elements, but for me, it’s nice to know that I’m not just speaking to a machine or a chain of command. I (still only) speak to Jay, my account manager, who knows who I am, and always helps with what I need.

Paytriot offer an easy application process and a very unique approach to account management, but most importantly, they are completely transparent. In terms of set-up, service, and consistency they are second to none in their field. Thank you Paytriot, and thank you Jay.

Hassle free payment gateway set up. I had been searching the market for mornings trying to find one that would suit me without having bad reviews and crazy fees.

Usually in Ecom it's a matter of sticking up a Shopify store and you're all set. However, some industries are a little stricter and require an independent merchant account and payment processor.

I was recommended to Paytriot and the process has been relatively easy. Jordan has been available every step of the way and was always quick to answer any questions, both by phone and by mail.
It's still early days, but would recommend them fully.

I have just started an commerce store which, because of some of the products I sell needed a different payment gateway from PayPal and Stripe.

I researched other gateway options online and decided on Paytriot mainly because they are experienced in dealing with sensitive products (some might call them High Risk but I wouldn't) and are a British company with experience in the UK market to boot.

In addition I use WooCommerce as my shopping cart and found the integration with Paytriot was seamless and fast.

Jordan was my consultant and was very professional in guiding me through the process at all stages so a round of applause for Jordan.

All in all I am more than happy to recommend Paytriot and Jordan to any startups or otherwise as a better alternative to PayPal and Stripe.
