The coaches in pb are first class. Their knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. They make the process easy to follow and importantly enjoyable. Doesn't matter if your a beginner or experienced this academy will take your fitness journey to the next level.

My experience with PB Fitness goes back a number of years. From the start everything has been positive. The environment, the equipment and most importantly the Staff. The teaching and coaching that myself and my family has had has been second to none. I would highly recommend PB Fitness.

Since starting with PB academy around 3 weeks ago, i have learnt so much already about training and having a balanced lifestyle.
The knowledge the staff have is outstanding and they have answers for all your queries and concerns.
This is by far the best online personal training experience I have had and also the PB academy gym is full of like minded people all chasing the same goals, a real community gym :)

Brilliant coach alway there when you got a question and for any advice they are quick to respond and help out with anything I highly recommend them

Before walking into my training. I learnt so much more than what not to eat and what to eat. The educational portals answered all my questions into why you need to ensure nutrition is tracked and why is it important to eat certain foods to achieve goals. I had no idea about macros ect. Llew and his team have been brilliant motivation and there is proof that their expertise works as I have seen vast improvement in my health and physical health as they tailor to my needs and take into account everything. They have not only changed me physically but changed my lifestyle.

Hesitant at first but once I seen results and a family member and friend had used the plan and got good results, I decided to sign up. They give alot of useful information and the meal plans are actually decent foods and has got me back into cooking. The workouts are easy to follow and there's video links if you are unsure how to perform any excercise

When I first started I was hesitant with would it be worth it or would I be able to do it, and the boys were top notch with every little thing to help and guide me through the process and genuinely have the best interest in mind.

Had a such a great experience with these guys. Did a 12 week plan and everything was on point, from Tommy being there on time all the tike , whenever you have questions he's always there. The app is perfect to keep track of exercises and tracking food and learning portal and WhatsApp group with other memebers in there to chat around with

So far I’ve had an amazing experience with PB academy coaches, they are always there when you need to ask a question, everything is personalised to you and if something isn’t working for you they are there to adjust it straight away for you, so supportive and motivating

Started the plan to help begin better and healthier habits and results have been great every week. Great coaching , really helpful throughout whole process and help you get settled and comfortable with the plan ahead and quick with responses on any questions you have. Really helpful with weekly check ins and video analysis to make sure you get the most out of your sessions

I highly recommend PB Fitness Academy for fitness coaching. Llew, my coach, is exceptionally responsive, adeptly adjusting my plan to ensure steady and sustainable progress. Even with my experience, his insights have significantly accelerated my progress, providing guidance that would have taken much longer to achieve independently.

After seeing everyone’s amazing results and hard work with pb I decided to step out of my comfort zone and do something different for myself.
The service is immense and all round I could give pb team a 10/10 on every aspect!
If someone was on the fence about starting with pb I’d just tell them to DO IT!! Continuous support and guidance with such an inspirational team that makes you feel apart of something
