Challenged myself to get back into shape after 12 years of doing very little🤦‍♂️. Was really anxious about going to the gym, but at each stage the team have provided no end of support and advice. The facilities are amazing and the other gym users are all really supportive and happy to help. A really happy healthy environment to be in, don't be fooled by the name it really is a gym for all abilities and the team will be with you at every stage of achieving your goal.

With online personal training, communication and accessibility to your trainer/information is key and so far I’ve found PB to very reliable and easy to contact. As well as being effective communicators, when I first began training with them I was provided sheets and sheets of information regarding nutrition and training all of which was explained further by llew over call which was really quick and easy to arrange. Overall very happy and would highly recommend, approachable staff and history of successful and happy customers!

I used this service for a while and I can honestly say the communication, methods used and the service in general was top quality. Everything was easy to follow and you can tell that the best service that could be provided was provided for you with no issues. Highly recommend this service if you are serious about getting in shape or transforming your physique.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Llew in the early months of 2020 as I was having difficulties with finding a routine that worked with me.

Llew allowed me to meet both my nutritional and athletic goals whilst also accommodating for my dietary/religious requirements as well as something that would work well alongside my academic studies.

I’m very happy to have met those goals whilst also learning a great deal of knowledge from Llew - looking forward to hopefully working with him again this winter! Don’t be afraid to give him a message if you’re feeling a bit uncertain or nervous as I was in the same position :)

Can’t praise llew enough, seen amazing results in the space of just 5 weeks, constantly supportive and in need if you ever have a question or problem. Helped me changed my mindset with proper training and not being too strict to the point where you have a good social/gym balance, can’t rate highly enough

Absolutely amazing service, the results I have seen since joining have been absolutely unbelievable. I have tried dieting and training many times before but nothing has worked. Can’t speak highly enough off Llew and the team!
