As per previous reviews, I have had the same non-existent contact from them regarding a parcel I am expecting, which appears to have been misdirected by PBT. Tried phoning, no success, just put on hold, and sending emails to customer services (no customer service) surprise surprise, have not had a reply. Very disappointing PBT. Clean up your act.

Total trash company, have had my item sitting in there depot for a 7 days now. Thought they're delivery company not a storage shed. And still waiting after multiple calls. Good for F all!

I’d give no stars if possible. They sometimes deliver a parcel if they feel like it, it’s impossible to get hold of customer service and they don’t answer email queries. This is not the first issue I have had with this company. If I see that they’re the courier company an online order is using when shipping options come up, I won’t place an order. My most recent incident is that a parcel has been flagged as sitting in the drivers bay for weeks after sitting waiting to get picked up for a week.

What can I add that people have not already written - do not use this company and request that your suppliers do not use them either. Heaven forbid that your consignment is perishable or time dependent. 16 days and still not delivered. Will be ticking the box to have review sent to them. Appalling service.

Over two weeks ago I ordered something from a company in Hobsonville to be delivered to an office in Newmarket. I am still waiting for the parcel! The service is atrocious. There is no urgency in trying to find the parcel. It's with the investigations department (but I was told it isn't lost!). It's a pity because I probably won't order anything from the seller again because of the poor delivery service.

Albeit I read awful reviews here, my review is an exception to all of what I read. I gave this company five stars because they delivered my item on time and they followed my instructions to the letter. Thank you so much.

The moment I saw PBT were the couriers my heart sunk. Two weeks of my delivery been stuck in Transit according to the tracking, fed up so now im going to collect from Depot, apparently they couldn't deliver as delivery address was wrong (load of bull) and no access to get in, so how do you know there is no access if address is wrong? (LIARS!) One place I used to work at got rid of them after only a few months because they were losing PALLETS of stuff or couldn't resolve delivery issues was an absolute SHAMBLES - stock was being declared as lost in transit and it was discovered someone was selling on Trade Me (THIEVES!) do yourself a favour press the cancel order button if their name ever crops up!!

4 days of "In Drivers Bay" with no response to inquiries. This has to be the worst courier I've experienced, which is saying a lot.

Is this company run by children!? My package was stuck in transit for 3 weeks and I know for a fact it doesn’t take 3 weeks to deliver a package from Hamilton to Dunedin, when I called customer service (after an hour on hold) they told me my package was in the warehouse somewhere and I had to come collect it. This is second only to the most incompetent courier company Post Haste!!!

There is no point me repeating what the majority of people have said in their reviews of PBT. Another appalling experience with them currently and it’s still not resolved.
When I saw the company I bought my goods from sent a PBT tracking number, I just knew this would be a disaster and they didn’t prove me wrong.

I wish I could give a negative 10,000. how this company hasnt been shut down is beyond me. I am sure its just a bunch of chimpanzees runny around chucking stuff with no idea that they are a courier business. i have no idea why businesses use them because the times that i have ordered from a business that does use them, my items go missing only to find its been sitting in a corner on some door knobs truck and they just couldnt be bothered delivering it. I have laid complaints with the businesses using them and explained each time how absolute rubbish PBT is =. Even when i call PBT the poor admin staff admit the people responsible for delivery are Brain Dead. I'm absolutely flabbergasted at just how bad this ""business"" is. absolute joke and poor excuse for a ""courier"" you shouldn't even be allowed to advertise yourselves as a business or a courier service. I seriously have never encounter a more pathetic "courier service". One of the times i literally lives one street over from the depot and they Listed, COULD NOT FIND PROPERTY. I had to walk over and collect for myself. This time I have called three times as the parcel was delivered to PBT on 26 Feb and been sitting in drivers bay than truck since. Its March the 12/2024 now.

It’s a slow service and the tracking system never works. I do not know why business use this outfit. I tried to avoid them like the plague

I wish I could give a minus rather than a one star rating. This company is USELESS! They provide a customer service number which they never answer, it just cuts you off while you are waiting on hold, the drivers must be brain dead, couldn't find our retail business in Lincoln Road, Henderson multiple times apparently so returned to sender after 3 weeks! Avoid at all costs.

Useless does not begin to describe the process.

I was expecting a package which was listed as failed delivery. In the past, other courier companies including PBT have been able to leave packages to this building complex with no issues in the mail room. Tenants then go down and pick up their parcels.

When I called to ask if the driver had delivered here before, the person on the phone advised they were not sure. Asked again if they would be able to contact the driver to find out, because if they haven't, the sensible thing would be to contact someone who has and ask what the process is to gain entry to the building and leave the package where all couriers do.

I was told they can't contact the driver. Asked again, how does the driver leave something if they don't know the process to enter the building. I was told, they try 3 times, if unsuccessful, then I have to go pick it up myself. It can take 24-48 hours to try again. I've opted to pick it up myself since 1. They don't know if the driver has been here before. 2. They can't contact the driver to see if he has and if not, then ask a driver that has, the instructions on how to get access to the building. 3. It would be faster to pick it up myself, especially if the driver fails 3 times. That would mean I would need to wait over a week for my items if he can't deliver it.

New Balance should seriously consider changing courier companies. Especially looking at the reviews below.

Over the years it has been one bad experience after another with PBT for our building company. So I have decided to review them after Smith Sports Shoes Mt Eden used them to deliver my tennis shoes. Shoes to be freighted to BOP ended up in Whangarei and then offloaded to NZ Post by PBT. SSS Mt Eden waved it off as "human error" No, they are a freight company with a very poor reputation. I will insist that future freight must not sent through PBT or I will shop elsewhere.

I will never give this company another cent of mine. If I see that a company uses PBT I will shop somewhere else. The worst customer service! The worst communication! The worst courier service in New Zealand. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!

Been waiting on a package for 15 days, in that time it has been circling between three depots; none of which are my local one.
I've contacted them twice (you can only reach them by phone; don't bother email) and gotten empty promises. I need this package ASAP, just tell me straight up if you've lost it rather than buggering me around.

Absolutely appalling service. Took a week to get a parcel from 3km away. Now waiting for a parcel from Auckland to Dunedin and it’s already been 4 days since it was picked up and it is still in Auckland!!!!!!! Would have to be the worst courier service out there it’s even worse than snail mail. Wish companies wouldn’t use them!!!

Had two separate packages to be delivered by this courier. One was delivered with no problem, the other went back to the depot as they couldn't get access to my property (which is absolute rubbish as I never have any issues with other couriers) No card left and when I called they couldn't explain why one parcel was left fine and the other wasn't.
