I found PCLA online while looking for a loss assessor in the north east of the country. We had an issue with escape of water under the floor. Dean called to assess the damage and dealt with everything for us. He got us a much better settlement than the insurance company offered us initially. A great company to deal with. I highly recommend PCLA.

PCLA's experience and expertise were essential in a subsidence issue. This was a substantial project during which Peter steered us through the process and negotiated skilfully on our behalf. Negotiations were protracted, (NOT PCLA's fault), but Peter stuck with it to achieve the best outcome possible. Queries were dealt with promptly and personally, and we'd be very happy to recommend PCLA.

Unbelievable service provided by PCLA, I had a large flood which destroyed my home, I was stressed out and didn't know what to do. One phone call later and Peter had put my mind at ease, they took over and handled everything to do with the insurance claim and got me covered for everything needed to return my home to its original state (maybe even better haha). I had to claim on my insurance and was worried about the process and if I would get fully covered for the damage. We had a leak in our old hot water cylinder, in our hot press. It was total disaster, with major floor and door damage, upstairs.
We replaced the cylinder, ourselves, but at this stage our floors had swelled, and our upstairs doors wouldn't close!
I had a negative experience with a loss assessor in the past, but the damage was significant and we needed a professional on the job.
I rang PCLA, in desperation.
He arrived up, looked at the damage, and said he would take care of it.
A week later he rang us to say he had an offer, from the insurance company.
Our payment arrived after 7 days.
I can't believe how efficient, and amenable Peter was, to us.
From day one, he took ownership of our case, and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I discovered the PCLA website online when looking for information after we had significant water damage in our home. As soon as I engaged Peter, he took over the process of dealing with the insurance company, which massively reduced the stress involved in the whole experience.

Peter conducted a moisture survey which helped us understand the full extend of the water damage, including areas that were not immediately obvious.

We were having trouble contacting appropriate tradespeople to quote for and to carry out the required repairs. Peter also helped us in this area, as he has extensive knowledge and experience of what to do in these cases.

After significant repair work, we were able to return to our home and it felt better than new. We are delighted to be out the other side of this unfortunate incident, and thanks to Peter's help we were fully covered by our insurance.
