Thanks, David — right parts, all accounted for, is the bar we hold ourselves to. Glad it landed that way.
Great service and price.
Through the chat I was able to discuss the best options for my project and Tim expedited the order to the same day. My sons and I were able to configure and use the machine over the weekend and it's great. Thanks for the great service.

Love hearing this — and a weekend build with your sons is the best possible use of it. We'll pass the thanks along to Tim, who'll be glad the same-day push paid off. Enjoy the machine!
Good Place for Older Equipment Past Warranty
Ordered some older hard drive caddy's for HP workstation equipment. These were exact OEM tool-less trays and worked flawlessly in our workstation upgrades.

Thanks, Victor! Genuine OEM tool-less trays for older HP workstations are exactly the kind of thing that's hard to source elsewhere — glad they dropped straight in. Give us a shout anytime you're upgrading.

Great to hear the Z4 G4 is holding up under a real workload — that i9-10980XE has plenty of headroom for API duty. Thanks for the review!
Easy to buy from
Easy to buy from, good prices, ability to customize, and have never had an issue at all. I think I've gotten 4 or maybe 5 machines from them now. Why can't every company have a shopping experience like this?!

Four or five machines and zero issues — that means a lot, Ray. Thank you for sticking with us, and for the kind words about the buying experience.

Really knowledgeable people and easy to work with. Wasn't able to do what I wanted with the first system and they helped me configure the one I needed and accepted the original system back as an exchange. Will buy all of my future older systems from them!

Thanks, John. Getting the first system swapped for the right one is just part of the job — we'd rather you end up with the machine you actually need. Looking forward to the next build.
A computer is only as good as the people who support it.
On two occasions, I have had to resort to calling and talking with a technical support person. Both times I came away with good information that has helped to solve my problems. My Problems stem primarily from lack of knowledge about the computer. The technicians have been most cordial and have set down my concerns with straight forward and simple solutions. I really appreciate the quality of your technical support.
Buying a computer always ignites anxiety in me for not knowing what and how much of it I need. Your configuration process checked the configuration I was assembling as I added components. Then, it adjusted the remaining options available to the machine. That was very nice to experience, and know at the end that everything was mutually compatible.
Will I buy from PCSP again? You bet I will, and I'll encourage my friends to buy from PCSP as well.

Don, this is a wonderful review to read — thank you for taking the time. Our techs will be glad to hear the calls were genuinely useful, and it's great that the configurator's compatibility checks took some of the guesswork out of the build. We'll be here for the next one, and for anyone you send our way.

It works brilliantly every day
The best thing about my PCSP workstation is that I don't even think about it. Once I got it installed and configured, it just works brilliantly every day.
The option to custom-build a refurbished workstation to my specifications was what sold me.
I figure I got a $2500 workstation for $800. what's not to love.

"I don't even think about it" is the highest praise a workstation can get. Thanks, Bryan — custom-building refurbished hardware to spec is exactly why we do this, and that kind of value is what makes it worth it.

Good product and fast shipping
Easy ordering on a custom PC, fast shipping, and product is working well. My configuration for the PC arrived as ordered. They also offer prebuilt machine configs if you are less familiar with building your own. Recommended.

Overall the experience has been great!
Overall, the experience has been great so far. Staff is responsive and the parts warranty was upheld.
The Server I ordered had a bad backplane, so I was able to test the warranty and parts replacement early on. Although I wasn't thrilled about the bad part, it is better to go through the process early now and not later. It was just bad luck.
The replacement came as promised, I was able to install, and the server came up easily. The staff was again, responsive and helpful during this process which ultimately is why didn't hinder my overall impressions.
The sales staff is also patient and responsive. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Thanks for the fair and detailed review, Rob. A bad backplane out of the box isn't what we want for anyone — but you're right that it's the best possible time to test the warranty process, and we're glad the replacement arrived as promised and went in cleanly. Our sales and support teams appreciate the kind words, and we look forward to working with you on the next one.
