Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off, please do not let them suck your hard earned cash, they tell you one thing just to get you to spend your money, they are very bad and hard to understand.

These guys asked $1000 off my father…

These guys asked $1000 off my father for a years remote access to fix his computer...i connected to them on his behalf as his laptop hadnt updated on windows 10 for three months, the operator refused to address this issue stating it was up to date when it wasnt...fast forward two months the laptop was taking 20 minutes to load, and the operator stated my father needed to spend $150 for an extra layer of protection through defencebyte software because norton wasnt enough, even though supposedly norton referred this company in the first place...they charged $150 for the program when the program to buy is at most $74.95 au online...this company is an absolute scam and create problems in your operating system they then try to fix by charging more...avoid them!!!
