After making a purchase in February the team went out of their way to deliver, and come back to fix a problem, a faulty cable was the cause, I was told this would be shipped the following week, however after ive sent multiple emails and calls, only to get transfered to AI Im still waiting, so I hope this gets your attention and you sort the situation.

Tĥeir technical advise ensured i purchased the correct laptop for my needs.

How dear you post notifications to my desktop. You will never get another purchase from me with your predatory advertisement approach

WARNING ⚠️ AVOID. WARNING ⚠️ AVOID. after ordering a laptop, delivery time was told 1-3 days for delivery. 12 days later order was received. After 1 hour of operation the laptop shut down and failed to work. Now the drama of sending it back. Was sent a return ticket and was told it'll be pick up the next day from my premise... 6 days later it was finally collected. It says with them for nearly a week for them to review the damaged laptop, I told them I want a refund under the consumer guarantee act. I have not received a refund. Thief's, absolutely thief's. They take your money and provide broken devices and then refuse refunds and don't reply to messages or emails. Looking into more legal avenues to get my money back.

I ordered a 17" laptop during the Easter sale, at a bargain price.While they were preparing the order, they found a fault with the unit, and offered me a similar unit with free added upgrades, which I was happy to accept.
The unit took a little longer to turn up, but not unexpected due to the timing of the purchase ( during the Easter public holidays)
The unit I received is a gem ,and with the added upgrades it is even more of a bargain than the original unit.
I found communications with PCTL to be very good, and I would happily deal with them in the future

I have been a repaeat customer and bought a PC in November 2024 that had a Windows 10 Pro operating system which unbeknown to me at the time, will no longer be supported later this year. The PC hardware configuration doe snot allow upgrade to Windows 11 so am stuck. Called PC Traders for asistance on this matter but non was forthcoming other than hard luck mate! Looks like they are more about making money from customers immediately rather than building goodwill and repeat business! Wont be buying from them anymore!

I thought I had ordered from a different website, i had been browsing for 17.3 in laptops specifically hp with windows 11pro i7, good graphic chip and 1tb HD. I received an email saying that I had this one in my cart and there was only one left. Reading the website it stated all the extras but didn't state the size of the screen so as I had only been looking at 17.3in screens I assumed it was the right one. I purchased to get a 14 in screen, right specs but as I'm getting old my eyes are not the best and 14 inch looks a bit like a phone compared to 17.3in. I am not happy that when I ordered from the wrong place they would not refund my money when the only thing I had unwrapped was the tiny laptop. DO NOT BUY FROM PCTRADERS.CO.NZ UNLESS YOU GET IT IN WRITING WHAT THEY ARE SENDING YOU. THE EMAIL DID NOT STATE IT WAS A 14 INCH ONE. Also they did not have it in stock as they had to order a HD for it.

2 weeks after no delivery enquiry wanted ID proof like passport & utility bill (same as scammers). No refund. Card blocked

They advertised the Desktop as Win 1

We purchased a laptop. Arrived with a faulty battery. Emailed sales, no reply. Phoned and was told I'd get a call back, no call back. Had a moan on FB, got blocked. Absolutely appalling customer service.
