Scam but beware how you talk to your bank
I managed to get my credit card to refund the 3 x £49 payments they took. It is important that you declare to your credit card company that you contacted and CANCELLED directly with the company prior to the first fraudulent payment being taken. Otherwise you will not get the refunds backdated.
This is why companies like this have contact forms rather than email addresses - so that you don't have the evidence of cancellation in your sent folder. However Barclaycard accepted my word that I had contacted the company and cancelled the same day as making the first small payment for the service (£1.95)

Do not use this website/company
I'm only giving this cowboy outfit a 1 star review as its not possible to give zero stars. Avoid at all costs, total criminals. I used their website to fill in a PDF and paid the 50 Euro cents, to find the next day that I had been charged £41.93 for a subscription I had not knowingly signed up for. Nowhere on the pages I used to fill in the PDF or pay the fee did I see anything saying that by doing so I would be signing up for a subscription. On emailing them I got the usual "you signed up for it" nonsense and they tried to imply that they'd done me a favour cancelling my "subscription" and that I wouldn't be incurring any further charges. Total scamsters.

I edited a PDF. It showed that I have to pay 0.50 Euro to download it. I paid and surprisingly, it deducted more than 7 POUNDS from my account!!!!!

SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
They're scammers. They advertise the service as free on Google search. However, once you've edited the PDF, they ask you to pay €0.50 without mentioning that this is a trial and that they will charge you €49.70 for a subscription. They hide this information in a pop-up under the 'terms and conditions' checkbox during the €0.50 payment process. This is misleading, as it's not clearly visible or disclosed anywhere else throughout the process. I'm filing a request with my bank to get my money back since they refused to refund the money they’ve taken.

J’aurais du lire les avis avant de croire bêtement que la transformation d’un simple PDF était véritablement GRATUIT comme annoncé sur le moteur de recherche Google, dans la liste des sites. Bien entendu, vu que l’offre est gratuite, on ne va pas lire l’onglet « tarifs », comme prétexté sur la réponse que j’ai reçu par mail de la part de leur service client !
Comme les autres internautes ici, j’ai payé par CB la somme de 0,50 €, malgré la gratuité annoncée, car j’avais besoin de ce PDF pour ma recherche d’emploi. Le lendemain je vois un débit à venir de 49,70 € !!
C’est bien entendu une société anglaise, donc un dépôt de plainte ne servira pas à grand chose malheureusement.
Si quelqu’un a eu gain de cause ou a trouvé le moyen de dénoncer les agissements de ces ESCROCS, n’hésitez pas à le faire savoir, je suis preneur !

Read carefully the service terms
Be very careful if you want to use this service. It’s announced as a free online app but it’s never free. Also if you use it anyway they charge a 0,5€ fee but without any further data acquisition and before the 24hrs they announce, they charge a full subscription. So if you use the service, go immediately to your account - even they never say you have already created one - and go to unsubscribe to avoid further non desired charges.
Edit 1st of August: after my claim, they refunded the subscription charge as it was done before 24hrs period they announced. The editor works fine but I still believe they should announce you created an account and verify you are ok with this. Anyway I change my initial rate as finally they acted right in my case.

Scam company

Sent email to them and the scammer refused to refund the money within short period of money being taken out saying I did subscribed the software. later confirmed to me that the subscription has been cancelled but still didn't refund any money although I didn't used any service. Its a disgrace then in 2024 we have scammer like this company.
