Peach Properties Reviews

Chris and the entire Peach team are top professionals, having worked with them for nearly a decade Peach have always delivered and gone above and beyond to ensure my property and tenants are well looked after.

Would recommend highly!

Peach Properties have been managing our flat since we receive the keys in 2015. 9 years of sticking to the same service provider says a lot of the confidence we have in Chris and his team. They are prompt, responsive and very hands on in every aspect of property and tenant management. Shout out also to Georgie, Nick, Dru and Loreta!

Used Ben to help source a workshop for our business. Very knowledgeable and fast to reply.

Very happy with the service received. Highly recommend. Thank you Laura for the great service!

Very happy with the service received. Highly recommend.

Peach Properties stands out as a boutique agency, distinct from many large estate chains. As a landlord in the E2 area, I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Odysseas and his team for many years, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. Unlike others who talk at customers, Chris and his team excel in listening and responding to clients' needs, always finding the perfect tenants for me. Their new offices are impressively stylish, and the team is exceptional whether you are looking to rent, buy, or sell a property - Peach Properties are much better than the rest!

I just bought my first home and it was one of the most stressful and nail-biting experiences of my whole life. I found an absolute gem of a home (literally made an offer during my first visit) and met Chris from Peach Properties for the first time. Out of all the estate agents I had dealt with over a four month viewing spree, he was the best, particularly appreciated amongst the chaos of buying my first home. He was patient with my concerns and replied consistently and speedily, putting my mind at ease. Not only did he find me the property of my dreams, he also guided me through the process with advice, experience and the calm I needed! Not enough space to sing his praises and thank Peach for find me my dream home. Thank you Chris and team!

Peach properties have been looking after my property for the past 13 years and I have been very pleased with their service and professionalism over the years. Living mostly overseas, they have been very communicative and prompt with anything that needed addressing.

Recently, Laura @ Peach has been extremely helpful in getting the property spruced up, dealing with the local council, organising all the work and making sure it got done promptly. Thank you Laura!

Having been a homeowner and landlord in London since 2011 I have dealt with multiple property professionals including the well-known high street names. Peach are unique and working with them on the sale of our flat was a breeze. Right from the first meeting, they impressed with their research and offered great advice on the sales strategy, pricing and property dossier. Chris is a super nice guy, very professional, responsive and always ready with ideas to find the best deal. Special mention to Dru and Jack who kept us posted on viewings and prospective buyers throughout the process. I felt they did their best in a difficult market and always had our best interests at heart. We really couldn't ask for more and will definitely use Peach again.

Very helpful and reliable property agents, by far the best I have ever encountered whilst living in London for over 5 years now.

Honest, professional and reliable

Peach Property has been a reliable and professional partner in our collaborations. Their team is efficient and always responsive. We've had great experiences working with them. Highly recommended!

Overall very happy please with the service I received. Quick to respond by email and phone to any questions I had.

Absolutely spot on, great agent and will never change. Thank you to Chris and the team.

Chris has been amazing , easy to deal with and gets things done .
Highly recommend

We changed from another agent (we own a small property in E1) who didn't seem to get it at all, and have been so very lucky to have found Peach. We have been very difficult clients to put it mildly, with all kinds of chopping and changing for a series of reasons that were infuriating to us (and must have been even worse for them), but they have always been ready to help with basically anything we have needed (we are abroad, so this is really important). Chris Odysseas has been fantastic, as has Georgie. A great team. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Professional, helpful, excellent service, friendly staff - highly recommend them.

Great to work with, good communication and very professional, I have worked with Peach Properties for a few years now and would highly recommend

Peach properties are a very reliable company consisting of a great team. Dru was very helpful and knowledgable when I was looking to rent a property. I would recommend using this company to anyone looking to rent or let their property.

As always, Chris, Dru, Nick and Jack were all very professional and pleasant to deal with throughout the process of re-letting my property. They always go the extra mile to ensure all goes well. I would not hesitate to use Peach Properties again.
Thanks guys for all your help!
