Purchased slime bundle for my daughter for christmas. Slime itself €57 and to get it over to Ireland another €20-€25 with DHL. Package arrive in France on 18th Nov and hasnt moved since. Contacted Dhl, they advised package seems to be stuck i needed to contact seller so an investigation can start and get package moving again. So i contacted peachybbies, first of all got michael then micah. This is all done through a message box and they reply via email. Once they have replied which roughly takes 1-2days, they will not pick up and reply again for another 1-2 days. Michael couldnt have been bothered looking into it because to ship to ireland takes 8-25 business days and not to worry this delay is normal!! I replied stating as it was a santa present i cant wait that long and dhl had said the sender needed to push this on. Then micah came back to me saying yes it was stuck in customs, so they will replace it but at this stage if i want it before christmas it has to be expedited and that is at my expense, another €35. I am still waiting on a reply from micah to guarantee me delivery before christmas but as i have put in a complaint my messages are now being replied to a lot slower. Customer support is not up to standard at all and as i am an international customer who has ordered their product well in advance of christmas but they have failed to deliver, they are not in the slightest bit helpful. As it stands i have paid over just shy of €80 and i have nothing to show for it. Have I even been scammed?? I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been buying several slimes 2–3 times each month from Peachybbies for many months now and have had wonderful experiences! Their products are lovely (my daughter adores them!), but most importantly to me, the two times I have had an issue with an order l, their customer service has been absolutely wonderful! Unlike so many other companies these days, Peachybbies was not at all difficult to work with. In fact, Peachybbies was incredibly responsive, kind, professional, and helpful. My first issue was when a slime container broke inside the shipping box in transit and leaked all over everything, which meant that the broken slime was dried out and not salvageable. Unfortunately, it was out of stock and they couldn’t replace it, but they immediately offered to let me pick any other slime and when my daughter picked one that was actually a lower price, they refunded the difference. They responded quickly and were really kind and helpful. My second issue was when an incorrect item was sent, and not only did they immediately send out the correct one (it arrived incredibly fast!), but they also let me keep the incorrect item free of charge, which I appreciated since it saved me the hassle of having to package up the item and drive it to the UPS store or similar. I love that they really seem to respect my time. Overall, they just have wonderful customer service! Mistakes can always happen, it’s how they are handled that really matters to me, and this company absolutely gets five stars! When mistakes are not handled well, I always stop doing business with a company. On the other hand, when they’re handled as wonderfully as Peachybbies has handled them, I find myself shopping with them even more! I’m more willing to indulge my daughter’s requests for slime and am now giving their slimes as birthday and Christmas gifts to her friends and cousins. Overall, I highly recommend this company because they treat their customers well.

After the product came opened during shipping, I reached out about to the company about concern of the product being dried out. Kent was fast, polite and very helpful in making sure I was overly satisfied with the quality of the product. The customer service was top notch!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Peachybbies!! they have the kindest workers and the slimes are so good! They smell amazing and you even get activator for if ur slime gets sticky! 100% Recommend. Best Customer service too.

First order. A Christmas gift for our grandaughter who has been a fan for a couple of years and not experienced peacbybbies slime before. I found website helpful over which slimes would be best and also which ones would last longest as they have to travel to England and last till the big day. Chose 2 slimes and the accesory kit and they arrived safely one week later, which i thought was very quick. Checked contents and all is perfect. I think the pricing for slime and shipping was resonable, only slight negative but no biggie is that they were shipped with no outer packaging and in the peachybbies logo box with address label covering it. She will be so suprised on christmas day, we've always said it was too expensive to get shipped over she has no idea at all. Look forward to ordering again soon.

I've ordered multiple times with no issues. Definitely the best slim. But this last time a slime opened in the box but Stephanie was amazing and quick and fixed the issue asap by sending new. No complaints. Good company.

I once paid for 5 slimes and got nothing! I paid lots of money for nothing and there was no refund.And one slime is` like 30 USD.Otherwise because I have ordered from here before the slime textures feel good.

My daughter absolutely loves these slimes. (I do too!) We have tried many other slimes but they just don't compare to peachybbies! If you have an issue customer service is quick to respond and so nice! We watch the show on YouTube everyday too! Super cool.

I was sent the wrong slime and was nervous that the company wouldn't be able to do anything since it was sold out. But Stephanie's customer service was amazing! She was patient, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with even after work hours. Highly recommend!

Original Slime order was lost in transit and Michael at Peachie babies resent the order so it would get to my daughter in time for her bday. All slimes were fantastic. Thank you, great customer service, quick delivery to Australia.

Slime is amazing and delivered fast but the cookie dough has a terrible smell to it, smells like off milk. And I ordered dino dreams but it was suddenly out of stock which is very upsetting for me as I have ADHD and Autism and am very specific about texture and scents.
