Where very easy to deal with sloved my problems without any trouble at all

It takes an absolute age to be dispatched, as in near a week when it makes out it’s in stock ready to go.

3 weeks after delivery and it’s a complete mess, we were unable to get it off my daughters hands it’s as if it went off.

Definitely won’t be buying again, it’s like an amateur recipe home-based company knocking them out in their kitchen and selling them for way over the odds.

I never review anything, but peachybbies customer service is fantastic. I had the wrong delivery address saved without realizing it and I couldn't change it with USPS. Their customer service rep, Micah very kindly reshipped the order to my current address. They made two little girls very, very happy.

Every communication with the Peachybbies team has been pleasant. They are very pleasant and helpful. Although rare, if there is ever a problem, they quickly take care of it when possible. They recently helped me with a lost shipment that was no fault of theirs. A big plus is the many different Slime Creations!

They emailed me right away when there were shipping issues. Very prompt responses. Easy to work with so far. I love their slimes!

I accidentally forgot to put my house number in when I was buying my first slime and I emailed them and they immediately helped me try to track it and sadly it did get lost, but they were so nice and understanding and they’re sending me a new one to the correct address. Their customer service is so good!

I ordered three of my granddaughters favorite slimes for her upcoming 7th birthday. Both my granddaughters love peachybbies slime, plus the lovely box they ship their products in (a winning combination). After hitting a delivery issue, that meant the slimes would not arrive in time for her birthday, I reached out to peachybbies for help. Usually, customer service, these days, is unfriendly and unhelpful and leaves me dreading having to make contact but, .....what an amazing response from peachybbies! They responded to my enquiry promptly and, best of all, they fixed issue immediately! They even sent me (and my granddaughter) a personal message to apologize which is amazing customer service and etiquette. Well done peachybbies and especially Sierra who was so kind! Thank you👍

I can’t express my gratitude enough to peachbbies for their incredible support and understanding. My package was delivered but sadly I believe it was stolen from my door. This company is replacing it at no extra cost..super kind! Of course I’m taking extra measures to ensure that it doesn’t happen again. This slime is going to make a very special child very happy. Company responds to emails well, treating you with respect while following their own rules. Any issues they will be happy to resolve the best they can. I’m truly fond of the company.

Amazing slimes

I love the textures but keep coming back to this shop because of the cute charms and add-ins. I accidentally ordered two of the same slime yesterday (on a Sunday) and sent a message immediately. My order was fixed within an hour of me sending my message on a Sunday!

Customer service is top notch. We will definitely but from them again because of the customer service support we get. My kids love the product and this is our 2nd time buying.

I have six of there slimes(kitty slumber party, melted snowman, lemon ice cream, bear-y Merry Christmas, winter axolotl and blueberry cow) they are absolutely amazing slimes and I love playing with them!!!!!!
