My daughter loves Peachybbies slime! The only brand she asks for over and over. I had a question for customer service and their response was so quick and friendly. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!:)

Great customer service! They are fast to respond and solve any issue. Very friendly and personable. Peachybbies slime is like no other. Top quality slime that doesn’t make a mess and is super satisfying to play with!

I know this is a little late but I hope this helps. I ordered two slimes Pearl diver and a jelly cube slime Pearl diver came without a few charms but still was really amazing but....the jelly cube slime The container was slightly cracked and the top of the jelly cube so I'm had sort of started to dry up. I loved these slime so much I just had to do a little fixing on a jelly cube slime. I would say I'm a slime expert. I really don't see anything wrong with the shop I understand things happen and it truly isn't their fault it is the shipping companies fault. But these slimes lasted quite a while I just had to take very well care of them I just recently had to throw them away.

I've ordered lots of times from this company and never had an issue. Shipping is fast and the product is always great. When I had a question about a product they got back to me quickly with an answer.

they had to send me 4 packages because they kept messing it up.
First order was lost and if I hadn't reached out after 10 days of it being "sent to shipping partner" they wouldn't have noticed. I reached out and they resent them after informing me it had been lost from their warehouse to the shipper.
Second package sent came with everything except the charms of one slime. I did reach out and they sent the charms.
Third package came with the charms but not all of them. They only sent the big charms not the minis included.
fourth package is set to arrive today.

They did give me extra activators, although I had originally gotten activators in my initial order. So that was nice of them.

This order was for my daughter's bday. I legit ordered a month in advance to make sure everything was perfect and it took almost the whole month for everything to be resolved. Super stressful.

For the price, I would expect my experience to be better. I for sure will not recommend or shop here again. It shouldnt take me reaching out and you guys sending me multiple packages for my order to be correct. I understand the first one but the last three I can't.

Customer service is second to none. This company has good morals, and actually cares about customer retention and the experience there customers have. They understand that without customer theres no peachybbies. This is a rare thing to see in the world now. 10 star company with the absolute best customer service out there. Were talking ritz carlton of customer service. I had a minor issue, in less than 24 hours on a sunday they got in touch and made my situation 100% right no questions asked. Gooo Peachybbies!!!!

The best slime ever! This company truly cares about and appreciates their customers!

The products are nice but I got a 10% off discount and I did not know that I had to buy 2 slimes in order to get the discount and then I tried to buy 2 slimes but the shipping went up so basically there is no discount at all.

There was a small problem with the shipping (not the companies fault) and they were very quick to try and fix the problem. They went ahead and sent me a new slime and gave me a coupon for my trouble. I appreciate their kindness and attentiveness. I'll likely purchase from them again.

Dee was so helpful in getting me a replacement jar for one damaged in shipping. My kids love this slime! 😀

Customer service team is amazing!

I had to contact customer service due to a slime missing from my order and they sent a replacement immediately with no issues. I provided my order number and the details of my order and they were so nice and courteous and very quick to respond. I love each and every slime I've purchased and I'm sitting at around 90 different ones right now. I have never had a bad experience reaching out with questions or my one issue.

Before I even noticed that the Post Office had lost my order, Peachybbies emailed me to replace the order, they refunded my shipping cost, and quickly shipped out a new order. I thought this was nice because it wasn't even their fault.

Best customer service ever. Same day response and they fixed the problem right away. I recommend peachybbies to all my friends. My kids are obsessed!!

Peachybabies has great customer service, I’ve reached out several times with questions/concerns and a real person gets back to me quickly. The kids (and their auntie!) reall love these slimes!

My daughters love these slimes! I wish they were a little more affordable but the slimes do last long so it’s worth it in the end. Recently, our order was lost during the shipping process but Michael from PBB was very helpful and prompt to ensure that we’d get a replacement order. Overall, great customer service and good quality slime. I will continue to order from them in the future.

They are always very responsive, ship quickly, and have great slime. I’ve placed multiple orders with them, including their subscription box. I’ve only encountered one error with them and they were the ones to recognize it and corrected it immediately.

This is an amazing company with the best slime around! There was a mixup with my shipping address and customer service reached out to me (which never happens, usually I am the one that has to reach out to companies) and they offered to send me a whole new order for free. When my daughter opened her package she even got a free care kit for the inconvenience. I will definitely order from here again!
