From my first phone contact with Peacocks I was impressed by their professionalism and friendly, reassuring attitude towards my squirrel problem. The staff who visited were polite and efficient. I would happily recommend Peacocks.

Great service and really good value. Peacocks were very quick to respond to my enquiry and arranged a survey promptly. We suspected we had a rat problem, which they confirmed, and their survey report and recommendations were clear and helpful.

Once we decided to go ahead with the recommended work, they were able to come back within just a few days. On both visits, they were thorough, tidy and cleaned up which was much appreciated. Every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and full of useful advice. I also really appreciated their humane approach.

We were really impressed with Gareth's knowledge of rats and their behaviour. He was also very thoughtful of the factors around him. For example suggested traps rather than poison as there were cats and dogs around our garden.

In the end, Gareth found an access point to the sewers that was nolonger closed as it should be. He sorted that out and our problem was solved. Thank you Gareth!!

When I contacted Peacocks I got a callback early next day and an appointment within days
Garth identified the issues and came up with a plan and a timetable to sort the squirrel problem out.
When we needed more advice it was only a call away.

We had a problem with carpet moths and after a bit of searching chose to use Peacocks pest control Ltd, as a Which member I was aware that they did recommend traders and Peacocks pest control services Ltd was on there list.
They have provided a very professional service with a clear plan of how they would deal with the moth problem. This was carried out over 2 visits a month apart.
The second visit has just taken place and we have seen a 99% reduction since the first visit, the field microbiologist who attended said you may see a few moths from the first to second visit which we did.
They did say the treatment will last for around 9 months, we have book them to return in 9 months for a return maintenance visit to make sure we don’t experience the month problem again, luckily the area of carpet they were feeding on is hidden under the log basket for the log burner!

Having seen the great reviews for Peacocks Pest Control on Checkatrade we called Gareth out to help with a rat infestation in the attic/walls of our home. We had previously used the council's pest control service twice, but the issue persisted. After a thorough inspection and report, Gareth recommended a course of treatment to prevent the rats entering our property via the drains, including coming out free of charge to check in on an issue during the treatment. This initially resolved the issue for a few months, until we heard the tell-tale sounds of rats in the walls ... Gareth has since come back out to the property (at a reduced fee due to this being a re-infestation), done another survey, and put forward a new solution which we're currently trialling, with our fingers crossed for a successful outcome! Throughout the process Gareth has been professional, honest and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that the company is environmentally aware and using traps over poison. Whilst our issue is currently ongoing, I feel confident that Peacocks Pest Control will resolve it, and hope to be writing a final review to confirm that in due course. Watch this space!

Great service, Gareth listened and explained the process, I spoke to a few companies and everyone was just trying to sell me a treatment rather than listening to the scenario. As I run a Airbnb the guests staying 2 nights mentioned bed bugs but no one else had this experience so it was important that the checks where done rather than just treatment. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant service from Peacocks Pest Control Ltd. Gareth turned up early, was professional from start to finish, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He thoroughly searched for where the problem was coming from, explained all about cluster flies, and you could tell straight away how experienced he was.

He checked everywhere including under cupboards and in the loft, put the treatment down properly, and reassured us he’d come back if we noticed anything else. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely honest — honestly every superlative going. On top of all that, the price was excellent and very fair for the level of service provided.
