Used to be a great company - but now put profit over customer service.
I turned up to my job today to find a half empty £335 skip had been removed - they apparently have a new system where unless they hear otherwise you get 2 weeks and then it goes. They did send me an email with this on which went into my junk box so I didn’t see it until afterwards. No quick call to check if I still needed it or a knock on the door. Absolutely flat refusal to rectify it despite being a customers for 15+ years. Looks like it’s changed hands/rebranded to panda skips recently.

Oh noble skip, why dost thou stay,
Six days have slowly slipped away!
Six phone calls made, six promises too,
Yet still thou linger’st in the view.

Each morn they say, “Today’s the day!”
Yet come the dusk, thou still dost stay.
A driveway guest who won’t depart,
A skip-shaped thorn within my heart.

Thy customer service ladies sit in splendour, tea cup in hand,
Pretending to summon chariots across the land.
With every click and every courteous sigh,
They craft grand tales that prove to be a lie.

“Tomorrow,” they proclaim, with confidence and cheer,
Yet tomorrow comes and the skip remains right here.
At this rate, dear skip, thou art family now to me—
More reliable than the updates given over the phone, you see!

So hear my plea, both kind and quick,
Come fetch this most reluctant skip!
For if thou tarriest much longer still,
I’ll start charging thee rent and utilities bill! 🤣

Thy skip was delivered on 4th June and due for pick on 18th June 2026!!!

ONGOING Dreadful experience with Peak Waste and Beauparc after having a skip at a domestic property.
This was the 1st time we've used Peak and they were actually recommended by a friend. All was delivered fine - though no delivery slip or information provided on delivery as we were out, but it was placed where we had directed, so no issues.
After 3.5 weeks I called to have the skip collected, but they cited a further charge for extended hire - which had not been mentioned previously. After 5 weeks of waiting for collection, I called again to be told they had no log of the request for collection and they now want to charge for 7 weeks of extended hire. We were also told today that they are refusing to collect the skip - despite our initial payment for services of £288. Read some of the other review sites before you risk this poor level of service and bully tactics.

I've used a few skip hire companies over the years, but none better than these guys. The skip arrived nice and early on our delivery day, nicely positioned to allow access from all sides. The skip was exceptionally clean and the floor pan undamaged. These guys must have a great fabrication maintenance and repair team. We requested collection by e-mail in the evening and it was picked up early the following day. A great hassle free service. Will definitely use them again for next spring's project.

... There is always a friendly and informative conversation when placing an order, followed by a timely and efficient delivery and collection service to match. The drivers are always helpful and will place the skips where needed.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! Just had to post a review to say a MASSIVE thankyou for such brilliant service we received on Saturday. A crazy last minute request and they did everything they could to help us out. We have been using Peak Waste skip hire for the last 3 years on a big building project and they have been exceptional throughout. Always friendly when booking and the drivers are always so accommodating, and they’ve had some difficult drop offs and picks ups! Special thankyou to Claire for pulling out all the stops on Saturday but a big thank you to all the team over the last 3 years, you really are brilliant.

Their Environmental and sustainability values are in line with our own, therefore we fully entrust their services at all times.

We’ve had four skips from Peak over the past six months and it has always been a great experience. The office team is really helpful and the drivers are the friendliest guys you could meet - always careful when it comes to getting the skips set down in the right place. We’ll definitely use them again.

Peak waste have all their documents displayed on their website so makes gathering relevant documents extremally easy. Also had a positive phone call with Robert Chell who was helpful and full of knowledge.

Fabulous local company to deal with, the skip was delivered when promised and taken away with professional expertise needed, with not a speck of mess left on my drive! The young lady I ordered my skip from was both professional and informative, she could not do enough to advise which service best suited my needs, a true asset to the company!
