Great seller, well packaged and fast shipping. Arrived in perfect condition.

I purchased a Pokemon card bundle and there were signs it had been tampered with, though - and I stress - it was only possible at the factory production level as it was the packs inside that were suspect, while the outer box had a perfect wrap - therefore, as I said, it was only possible at the production level and it wasn't the distributor or Peaky Collectibles or the postman or anybody else. It had to be at TPCI's end.

This is something that had gone on in other bundles for other retailers; signs of an assembly worker chancing their arm at pulling a £400 card, etc. It was only here and there (to avoid detection or something, idk), so each retailer had the chance of having the odd bundle tinkered with, unbeknownst to anybody in the process.

I was the unlucky one on this occasion as all of Peaky's other bundles were perfect and uninterfered with. Jinal was terrific over email, and out of the gate offered a full refund or a replacement bundle - he was willing to take the hit when it was something very erroneous and not the retailer's fault whatsoever. A real sign of good character and class. I tend to stick to around half a dozen retailers for Pokemon TCG products and it's for reasons such as this, where an SME goes above and beyond, establishing real credibility. Peaky Collectibles' spot in my six or so is now in heavy cement. First class.
