I ordered 4 items. 3 of the 4 items were not what I ordered. They were junk. I ordered suede shoes and I got a slightly different style leather shoe. I ordered 2 tops. It is beyond my imagination what they actually sent. Garbage. Instead of a sweater they sent a flimsy sweatshirt. Do not buy from these people. I think I will need to pay to return. I doubt they will refund my money.

Ordered a pair of men’s lace up bike books which did look pretty damn good on line and a pair of slip on ladies denim sneakers.

What was delivered 2 weeks later was a joke. . I received a sub standard pair of doc Martin’s and we’re still in hysterics at the slip on trainers

Do not purchase anything from this company. It’s a con!!!

And now I have to find the packaging, wrap it and queue up for hours in some dreary post office only to ship it back to China. Why?

Took four months to receive the junk they call shoes and they don't come close to fitting. Poorly made, slow delivery, no communication, rotten product. Save your money; there is a reason the product is cheap!

The description for the product I ordered ("snow boots") claimed they would fit both men and women but only listed one sizing, (which turned out to be women). Obviously, men and women's sizes vary, (for some reason), and they were way too small. It took nearly three months to receive the order and then they refused to offer an exchange or a refund!

I will never do business with these scumsuckers again!

I bought a pair of shoes, size 13. They sent me a pair that were much too small. When I asked for a return address they refused to give me one. Instead, they suggested I give them to someone else because it would cost me too much for shipping. They promised 20% off my next pair after my 6th request for a return address. I will NEVER buy from them again. I hope you won't either.

Order took forever to arrive and once it did the quality and fit are just plain bad, pictures and descriptions were good enough to make me buy 3 pairs, 2 tossed in the garbage and the third I use as house slippers. Fool me once ... shame on you... fool me twice.. shame on me. I have decided to not purchase any more of anything they sell again, what yu do is your business.

I wrote a previous review when I received the wrong item from Pearlfeet and had not heard from customer service. Since then I did hear from customer service and received a complete refund. I donated the wrong item I received to a homeless shelter.

Poor quality... I was really disappointed.First time putting them on and the shoe lace ripped throught the hole when I was tightening them. My fault should have read the reviews first uhhhh... Don't even want to hassle with getting my money back probably will be a waste of time...

I should have looked for reviews for this company before purchasing. This saga started in July 20, 2020. It is November 14, 2020 and still not resolved.
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes.
4 pairs of shoes arrived after 5 weeks. One of the pairs of shoes was the wrong model.
I of course asked for Pearlfeet to send the correct model. First, they acted like they did not understand the situation and sent tracking information. Then they had me take pictures of shoes and packaging and send them. And then they asked me to do it again, which I did, AGAIN.
I do agree with other reviews that their emails are very polite; but don't be fooled. They are very unethical in business practices and actual results.
So, the company never shipped the correct pair of shoes.
Not only that, but the 5th pair of shoes finally arrived and it was also the wrong model of shoes AND it was a duplicate type of the wrong shoes sent before.
So, now I've got two pairs of shoes I did not order and I don't have two of the five pairs I did order.
I have emails where Pearlfeet admits it is their mistake. AND YET PEARLFEET HAS TRIED TO BLOCK MY REFUND REQUEST FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. They responded to my dispute by providing tracking information to the credit card company.
Not only THAT, but they also tried to get me to drop my dispute with the credit company, saying they would be able to send the refund faster if I did. I see from other reviews that they are very, very unlikely to send a refund, ever.
So now I have to waste additional time to just to try to counter Pearlfeet's unethical attempt to mis-represent the situation with my credit card company.
And by the way, the quality of the shoes the did actually send is very, very low. I've only asked for a refund for the pairs of shoes that Pearlfeet got wrong, but in truth, I would really like a total refund. I have only worn one pair of shoes out of the five pairs. The rest fit OK, but I will probably throw them away because they are too embarrassing in appearance for anything other than working in the back yard.

While it is within the realm of possibility you will have a decent experience buying from Pearlfeet, the probability is very, very low.

I received the shoes I ordered from PF in early April. When I received them the were too tight and uncomfortable. The quality was also poor. I asked to return them and that was accepted, except I would have to pay the shipping which was about as much as the shoes cost. After I wrote a negative review, I was contacted by PF regarding the issue. They asked for pictures including the size. I compared their shoes to 2 existing pair of shoes, same size from different makers. The PF were noticeably smaller in length and width but marked with the same size. I was then offered to give the shoes to a friend and I would receive a refund for 50% my cost. I agreed to this about 5 weeks ago. No refund was ever sent, and my emails have been ignored.

I ordered a pair of brown slippers from Pearlfeet and after waiting a month, I received a pair of green shoes (NOT slippers) also not in my size. I attempted to contact customer service and so far NO response.

Do NOT order anything from Pearlfeet!.

Poorly made shoes, and if you have any problem, they require you to ship the products by mail to China, at your own expense... Horrible Products and Worse Service

I previously complained dat i bought shoes from this company in April 2020 ,yah finally was delivered around September.That is a nice, comfortable leather shoe and my normal size that i wear is 7 in all made formal and casual but i ordered size 8 and dat is perfect fit to me....note dat if u buy de exact size u normally wear might b small.Please just fix u delivery duration it takes time otherwise u product is xap

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Purchased a pair of shoes, UK size 10 US 11. They looked good when they arrived, but despite having a label saying they were US 11, the shoe was about a size 8.
When I contacted company they appologised, stated they had changed suppliers due to covid, and would let manufacturers know. I have repeatedly attempted to get refund, or correct size, but with no joy at all. I have eventually put a claim into credit card company. I can only reiterate DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Should have read the reviews before my purchase. I ordered one size larger than customary, but the shoes are still too tight They look great on the web site, but not when I received them. The insole is flimsy and lifts out every time that I remove my feet from the shoes. This was a waste of money for me.

Scammers. As soon as I received the shoes I had ordered, I wanted to return them as they were terrible quality. I sent them back via Post Office with proof of posting, and used the Return address on their parcel. I emailed PearlFeet to say they were returned, and asked for the refund. They THEN told me to return them to China, even though they were at their London address. After many emails and proof of postage, they just kept saying ‘return to China.’
Terrible customer response, and No attempt to help.

If you want to return the goods, you need to ship it back to China and the freight should be paid by your side, maybe the postage is expensive to return.
Please kindly consider it. (Please note that the goods are supposed to be returned to the address we provide, not the one on the package.)
How about giving it to your friend as a gift? Maybe he/she will like it. Therefore, you do not need to waste money to return.
To be honest, the most effective method for this is that we issue 20% refund as a compensation and offer a 20% discount code for purchasing the suitable size.
Hope there is a chance to remedy this situation.
If you decide to return the items finally, we will show you the address.

On April 16th, I ordered a pair of shoes from PearlGo. I finally got a confirmation that the shoes were sent on May 10th, but I still have not received anything.
I finally found that the shoes FINALLY arrived in JULY -TWO MONTHS after we left there. They have been returned to the sender in China, per their tracking information.
They won't remove my name from their infernal mailing list, and this is nothing but harassment. I WILL NOT buy anything else from them. Their company is unreliable and a scam.

Ordered grandson a pair of shoes in May for his birthday never received them never heard back after trying to reach anybody. This is a scam and a rip off and absolutely should not even be allowed to be a company that you could purchase from. If I could give it minus Stars I would

Egads! I am shocked by all the negative reviews here. If I would have seen these before buying, I would probably have not done business with them. However, I did order shoes from this company and did receive them within 2 weeks as promised. I got their "outdoor hiking shoe". They are a bit snug, but still comfy. They are light weight and seem kind of cheap. I don't think I'd do any heavy duty hiking with them, but for everyday wear they are fine. We'll see how long they last. Not sure if I'd buy from them again, given the fact that it doesn't seem like returns or refunds are possible.
I was amused by most of the 5 star reviews here. It's pretty obvious by the wording that they are fake and probably translated from Chinese. Kind of like when you buy an imported product and the directions are translated to English verbatim.
