I have come across a few Property Management companies in my time, but by far Pear Property Partners are outstanding.
On the odd occasion when I need to speak with them Mostafa who has always been extremely helpful, going above and beyond to answer my queries & get things sorted.

Fantastic service all round

Fantastic service! Easy to get hold of, instant reply and excellent communication throughout. Sorted repairs so quickly. Very happy landlord and tenant. Also very helpful finance team. Thank you Pearl. Much appreciated.

Poor block management company

Highly inadequate block management company. Claiming high service charges, yet they have failed to follow up on parking breaches, cleaning, clothes being hung outside, inconsistent gardening maintenance, did nothing to address the noisy parrots, filthy signage by canal area and what is concerning they have sent contradictory emails regarding concerns related to service charges. No clear transparent answers from this company.

Since our inception with Pearl Property…

Since our inception with Pearl Property Partners we have seen a drastic change in response times. The team are efficient in dealing with matters and have ensured to provide me with clear and concise responses regarding service charge queries which I have not experienced in the past. These are great signs and hopefully this continues.

First Impressions Count

Great first experience with Peal Property Partners. I needed a key made up urgently for the block where my flat is located. The team responded very quickly, started the process of getting the key cut and dispatched to me. They kept me informed throughout the process and the key arrived a few days later. Looking forward to see what improvements the team make in the coming months. Great start!

This company has only been our management company for a week and I can honestly say Juber Ali has been amazing. He helped me get paperwork I needed and went above and beyond to help me. Since appointing Pearl Property…

Since appointing Pearl Property Partners, the difference has been night and day. The team are responsive, efficient and actually seem to know what’s going on - a refreshing change from our previous agents, who we suspect may have managed the building by horoscope.

We were promised a bespoke service and so far the team have gone above and beyond. May it be the new normal.

It’s refreshing to finally deal with a company that is knowledgeable and takes pride in doing things properly. Highly recommended if your building has been neglected and you’re tired of chasing your agent for simple answers and waiting weeks for action.
