Not fit for purpose
I have used the clip for about a year now.
A few months ago the battery went empty, on witch I didn't got a notification. After charging, it won't connect anymore.
Peace of junk.
Oh, and when it used to work, it had a lot of connection difficulties. Even when I had my phone 10 cm next to it.

The worst product I ever purchased. The card5 worked for one day only to fail ever since. I deleted it and repaired it several times, but there's no fix. Customer service barely responds, and if they do, they ask the same question about firmware. No other solution is offered. Do not buy anything from this company because it would be just a donation.

Order 579328. Ordered directly from Pebblebee and they show item delivered to my front door but since I was out of town and my son wasn't able to check until the next day, I assume it was stolen off my porch. Contacted them via email and they refused to acknowledge their responsibility in not sending it at least to a parcel locker via USPS or UPS. DO NOT BUY from them directly. There are many airtag competitors on Amazon with better Amazon service than this company.

Title: Unusable tracker + support silence — but instant coupon after 1-star review
My Pebblebee Card (Card 5) has been effectively unusable because it will not connect / stay connected to my iPhone, so I cannot rely on it as a tracker.
My setup: iPhone 17 Pro Max, iOS 26.2.1.
I have tried the pairing process repeatedly and followed
troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the issue.
Support replied only once with steps that did not work, and I am still waiting for responses to my last two support requests.
However, what I did get immediately was this message:
“Thank you for your 1-star review of our product Clip 5.
To express our appreciation, we generated a coupon code for your next order:
THANKYOU-31KRKQY
Coupon details: TIME SENSITIVE - 24 HOURS ONLY! 20% Off Your Next Purchase.”
I do not want a coupon to buy another product. I want the product I already paid for to work, and I want proper support.
What I want: a confirmed fix that works, or a replacement, or a refund. If Pebblebee responds and resolves this properly, I will update this review.

On paper these devices look great and I placed an order for a family pack on the 28th Jan, fully expecting it would be dispatched in 1-2 days (maybe arrive with me a few days later)
Dispite promises of the order being dispatched it never moved from 'Processing' and by 8th Feb I decided I couldn't wait any longer as I was going away (no point in them being sent when nobody would be home).
I would have loved to try the devices, but the issues with delivery made me loose confidence in the long term reliability of Pebblebee.
I have scored 3 out of 5 simply because they did cancel the order and processed a full refund when asked, but the only reliable way to do this was to wait for the online chat to become available and to log it with Paypal.

I ordered a pack of 4 clips. 3 work ok, 1 does not. They made me try different rebooting processes and even made me send a video of the jingle process. I did - but no success. They will not refund nor send a new device. Still waiting after 4 months.
For your reputation's sake, send a new item, that will cost you nothing! This bad aura will cost you your business.

Absolutely shocking company. Bought a tracker from them which didn't work. They replied by email after a month with some suggestions which I already tried myself as I had a month to troubleshoot it myself.
And now I'm being asked to send it back at my own expense to get a refund. Avoid this company, dreadfully customer service and no support at all if you're in the UK.

Ich habe einen Tag von Pebblebee bestellt. Die Lieferung kam zwar an, allerdings hat das Gerät von Anfang an nicht funktioniert.
Ich habe daraufhin den Support kontaktiert. Trotz mehrerer Versuche konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Auf Empfehlung des Supports habe ich den Tag zurückgeschickt, mit der Zusage, dass mir der Kaufbetrag erstattet wird.
Seitdem habe ich jedoch keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr erhalten, und die Rückerstattung ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Der Kundenservice ist in diesem Fall äußerst enttäuschend.
Insgesamt kann ich Pebblebee aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen

Not a very reliable onboarding experience. The clip is highly unreliable even after multiple resets.
Of 4 devices, only one has worked reliabily.

Apparently, pebble bee does not read through the.Reviews or my emails or they would realize that I destroyed the card after it not working yet.Their approach in their email is, well, let us help you set it up.How stupid is that
Do not waste your money on this tracker card. Received it today. It added to Google, find hub as a phone, not a tracker card. You cannot remove once you get it paired.If it pairs, it does not give you the option to ring the card.So basically this was a ridiculously worthless tracker card that I have since broken and thrown in the garbage

I bought 2, the app doesn't actually have a button to search. One device finds phone but phone doesn't find tile and the other does the opposite. I can't add both devices on my Google find hub. Now the both tiles don't work. Very frustrating.
The worst part is that I have sent about 4 emailed in the last few weeks and I haven't had one reply.
Do not buy this product. Terrible

Terrible company Poor service do yourself a favour and don't buy anything from them. They never respond to emails I have now sent 3 emails to them because they are saying the tracker I bought has been delivered by UPS but it hasn't. I've emailed them to check this with their courier but still no reply. I wish I had read the other reviews now before because clearly this happens all the time with them. Do yourself a favour stay away from them.

I received three clips two weeks ago and I set up two of them. Both of them disappeared from the app and needed to be hard reset in order to work again. One of them keeps beeping because the battery is very low, but won't charge past yellow witch makes it start beeping again every half hour. It can't be turned off and I'm trying very hard not to smash it with a hammer.
In these two weeks none of them managed to stay connected more than 48 hours without an external intervention, which makes them totally useless.
I'm currently trying to send them back and get a refund, but I'm not holding my breath

Design: Sie ist extrem flach und passt perfekt in mein schmales Kartenetui, ohne aufzutragen. Akku: Die Laufzeit von bis zu 18 Monaten ist top, und man kann sie einfach wieder aufladen. Funktionen: Die Einbindung in das Google „Mein Gerät finden“-Netzwerk funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch die Funktion, mein Handy über die Karte klingeln zu lassen (Phone Finder), ist im Alltag eine riesige Hilfe.
Fazit:

A few weeks ago, I lost my house keys in a mall and couldn’t get into my own house. I was panicking until I remembered my husband had put a Pebblebee tracker on them.
I opened the app (which looked even better than I remembered) and tapped “I lost my device.” Within minutes, someone texted me. A mall worker had found my keys!
I went back to the mall and got them immediately. I just wanted to say THANKS! this little device saved me from a massive headache

The support is very kind and fast despite that 3 of 5 Pebblebee trackers stopped working within 9 months. One got reanimated thanks to the clear instructions. But sadly 2 of them are fully dead and I missed the opportunity to send them a video how dead they are :D
