Bike delivered on timer very well packed
all working ok gets me to work about 5 miles away
every day,
I haven't had time to contact the DVLA
but it all seems cosher but I would like the DVLA to authenticate the document for the throttle
apart from that my Pedibal explorer is fantastic

Bike arrived all as it should, tiny blemish on stand nothing worth worrying about, Ended up with another set of tools and a certificate obviously ment for someone else’s. I phoned to inform them and they were delighted, They are sending me a set of mirrors as a thanks for being honest great company 👍🏻

This company is the only one that I could find that sells a legal "twist and go” electric bike - the folding Navigata II. The customer service is excellent, very polite and extremely helpful. The Navigata II is very simple to assemble out of the box and the bike oozes quality in its style, design, build and ease of use.

Unfortunately, the suspension seat post was too short (around 350mm,where the standard seat post is 500mm) but not to worry, it's a perfect fit for my wife's bike!

The MAXIMA I have performs great. The only problem I’ve had is with locking the battery in place. From the very first time I removed the battery I could not get it to lock back in place. I could not put enough pressure on the battery for the key to lock. I used an Irwin carpenters clamp to gently give that extra bit and the key turned and locked it place. However after a few rides the battery popped out and would not lock again. Anyway it turned out the small plastic bit that holds the battery locked had disintegrated. Anyway I rang Pedibal and they replaced the battery. Exactly the same story with the second battery so I now enjoy riding the bike with the battery held in place with Velcro straps. For a mid to high priced e-bike not good.

I did a lot of research before I bought this bike. I needed a bike that would fit in the boot of my car. Not a hatchback, and it does. I am 80 year old and so the throttle helps when I get to the hilly parts. The bike is finished beautifully, and gets lots of admiring comments. The only downside is the size of the box which they want me to keep. I live in a tiny bungalow and it's bigger than my furniture. To sum up, I love this bike

Being the e-bike minefield that the net currently is, it was important for me to find a well trusted and well reviewed company. And wow, did I ever find one! Pedibal… what an awesome company! Fantastic selection of bikes, amazing customer service and a brilliant delivery service! I had a very smooth and fast transition from orderering the bike to it being delivered, and because they’re very passionate about their e-bikes and their service (check out the YouTube vids), I knew I was going to get a really well made and reliable e-bike. I cannot recommend them enough! Oh, I went for the E-CRUIZA. What a bike!!! Retro, comfy, fat tyre beast of a bike! Love it 😊

They answered detailed questions about delivery, setup, warranty collection, accessories, battery replacement, and the DVSA-certified throttle version of the Maxima. Excellent purchase, I have already traveled 14 miles on off road tracks around the Mendips. The P button so you can power it along without riding it has come in useful once or twice.

It's been almost a week since I bought the (Pedibal Navigata MK2), and yes, I only use the "twist and go" since it is a legal DVSA certification. It's so relaxing to use for work, without worrying that the police will stop me for not pedalling at all. The only thing I'm kind of confuse is the battery. I travel 4.2 miles from home to work and back home, which is almost 9 miles, but the battery only drops like 10%, lasts so long. It's just so reliable.

Easy to order, Good customer service and Bicycle met all expectations

After returning two previous e-bikes from different brands one being faulty, the other unable to support my requirements I then discovered Pedibal. Spent weeks watching YouTube reviews and one of the main things that stood out by reviewers was the fact the development of this particular bike catered a lot for less able or disabled riders. Coming from two previous stressful purchases I was a tad anxious. I contacted Pedibal and was greeted by Mark. Within a 10 minute conversation I was convinced this was not only the bike for me, but the brand was one I felt completely at ease with. I went through my employer to purchase the bike via the Cycle 2 Work scheme which was very straight forward. The entire process took a few days. As I was purchasing the Navigata with the pedal assist and throttle, Mark explained their process of having their stock pre-certified (to be road legal) educes delivery times on that particular model. The delivery took 1 day from point of the confirmed order! Super SUPER fast delivery service. On receipt of the bike which is completely built and ready to ride, I noticed it had the rear rack attached which I did not order. Mark replied to my enquiry within the hour to advise it was put on in error, apologised and offered it as a free gift. Although I was very grateful I did not need it and wouldn’t use it and offered to post it back to him. I did however need the bracket for the rear built in light. Mark, kindly offered to pop to my residence to drop off the bracket and collect the rear rack so I could ride the bike same day of delivery! Extraordinary service above and beyond. Mark has been absolutely amazing with answering questions. Pedibal customer service is the bar ALL customer facing business should strive towards. The bike itself is truly amazing. Some of the little features added you can tell have been carefully and meticulously thought out to give customers the best experience. The bike storage footprint is another massive highlight folding to cover a minimal footprint. Weight wise the bike isn’t light. But its not too heavy and comfortable enough for me to carry up 2 flights of stairs when folded. Given this is an area where my health struggles, it is very manageable for me. I use this bike daily for commuting to and from work (soon 6 miles round trip) and also at weekends riding to Richmond (appx 6 miles from where I live). The battery is efficient as I mix the throttle with manual pedal and the response in either is truly a wonderful experience. I have been riding this bike now for just over 2 weeks. It has already change my life in terms of my health (noticeable improvement) and my mental health. Pedibal have really thought this bike through and delivered something wonderfully fun and exciting. I hadn’t riden a bike since I was a child, decades ago. Riding the Naigata MK2 brought back all those amazing feelings I had as a child, I am now being able to experience again as an adult. I even divert from my usual routes to go the long way just to get more ride time on it. This bike has everything I need and everything I could think of I would want from an e-Bike. Even the accessories Pedibal offer look exceptional and carefully crafted to add to the experience of the product buying from Pedibal. Thank you Mark for all your help and support.
