For Pavlo and his CRO agency, Pega, have been one of our best hires of 2024. He’s been on board for about 4-5 months now, and in that time, he’s already found six winning tests that have increased our CVR and Revenue/Session by anywhere from 3 to 10%.

For context, we run a high 7-figure ecommerce brand and I as the cofounder have always been behind the media and CRO. I'm a nerd for CRO and the site was already highly optimized, yet he still found ways to absolutely obliterate my wins with his.

The guy is seriously a genius when it comes to analyzing data and coming up with the most relevant and impactful tests.

What I really appreciate is how he only makes data-driven decisions and pulls inspiration from the best. He’s super dependable—I just chat with him once a week to refine some test ideas, and he handles everything else. He covers strategy, execution, implementation, analysis, and even future iterations of the successful tests. Even when a test doesn’t work, he does a full breakdown so we can still take something away from it.

When you're a founder, there is only so much you can focus on. No matter how good you think you are at something (in my case, at CRO), there will always be someone who's better than you AND who can put their entire attention to it. The compounding effects of someone having full attention on CRO far outweigh what I could've done while juggling everything else.

Honestly, he’s been the best CRO expert I’ve worked with and one of the very few agencies I actually enjoy working with. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to write this because, selfishly, I’d love to keep him to myself. But credit where it’s due—he’s just that good.

Highly recommend! Really good and affordable. They are very good at CRO but also very good on the dev side too. In the past when we tried to get CRO help affordably, I just hired freelancers and the problem was all they could do was give ideas. The implementation was on me to find a dev and execute the test. It was cheap but not worth our time.

It’s been around a year now working with them and have had a bunch of super successful tests. Like our PDP upsell test that added +17% RPV with 95% confidence. Also they helped build a few LPs that end up significantly outperforming our PDP. Which has helped a ton in scaling ads.
