This shop has some bad reviews that aren't deserved so I will remedy that.
Best experience in ordering clothes ! I just received my first order today from Peilieeshop and I have to say, the clothes are very good quality. I was expecting some sweaters to be thicker but as the jacket I ordered looks warm enough, it shouldn't be a problem. The customer service was probably the best one I've ever came across. One of the items I bought wasn't available anymore so they contacted me by mail to know if I wanted to replace it with something else or get a refund. I asked for the true color of the item I wanted to exchange and they sent me pictures instead of only describing with words (which I really appreciated). Then I was wondering about the shipping and always got fast and effective answers.
I even received a scarf as a gift 🫶
Will definitely buy more from there, a small business promoting small designers with unique pieces, for really good prices in my opinion.
You have to pay attention to the informations written on the website fe. if clothes are pre-orders, or the sizes. It seems to be a common issue among buyers.
Anyway, I recommend 100% very satisfied 😌

If give them more than 5 if I could!!!! I’m so happy:D I got the deer hoodie and some matching leg warmers, the hoodie is really warm! I can wear it outside in the cold without feeling cold:) all the items I got were pre-order but still come within the estimated period. I also got 2 extra hair pins with my order:3

Shipping took a loooong time but I did buy things made to order. The clothes are nice and good quality, but I had one of the buttons come off.

I was truly shocked to see the negative reviews here. I’ve been following and purchasing from this shop for about 3 years now and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. The items I’ve received have always been quality made and fit as expected based on the size chart. I did once have an issue where I was worried a custom size made-by-order item wouldn’t ship in time (it was my own fault for NOT choosing expedited shipping when I knew it needed it quickly), but the customer service team still reached out to the brand to get a specific timeline and shared it with me. Another time I had an issue with my beans (rewards points) not applying to my order, and the team gave me a lot of extra for the inconvenience- which they did not have to do.

I also LOVE LOVE LOVE that this brand empowers femininity with female brands, lists legitimate and quality brands, and does NOT lean into fast fashion principles but still has great offerings throughout the year and for each season. I love how well they hype up the brands they work with as well, it truly is a collaborative process between them and their listers.

This shop will ALWAYS be my ride or die, and I’m so proud to own so many pieces from their shop. I’m always ecstatic and giddy when I get a compliment and get to pass the shop onto someone else. A lot of the bad reviews here seem to have ordered from imposter websites or not clearly read the size chart/production description/select the part of the set they want, and that is NOT the brands fault in any way shape or form. Let’s not blame a fantastic women owned business for our own Jared 19 moments.

Checked here and think they need some positive comments, I understand people are usually super pissed off to leave a comment here. But when I made order, I compared price with all UNOSA retailers, they have the cheapest price and free shipping offer, it’s authentic products! Very satisfied 🤗

Perlite advertised a bra set for 33.90 which I purchased and it when it arrived it was nothing like the picture but a horrible cheap thing. I returned it and now they are saying that it went to their distributor centre and I am not entitled to a refund. I have photographic evidence it was delivered. It’s a scam do not buy from these rob dogs scumbags.
The issue was that your lingerie was not as described and inline with trading standards items purchased online can be returned if not as described, you sent the most disgusting cheap crappy underwear that was an insult! I wouldn’t dared have sent it out to anyone it was cheap and nasty. You haven’t convinced me to support your company. Have you read other people’s reviews on here describing the rubbish you have sent out? I certainly wish I had before I wasted 33.90 on utter rubbish like that. Order number #PA623223

Horrific experience. They have items on their website that they don't actually have. Then when they take off they will not give you the fill refund. Customer service acts like they are doing you a favor but horrible. Would choose elsewhere.

I've never had anything from here that felt low quality or cheap. The designs are beautiful and the prices are reasonable.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times. I Own 6 dresses and one swimsuit from here. They always add cute accessories and gifts to my order and I appreciate how the packaging is always minimal and most of the time they are in reusable drawstring bags. I’m delighted with my purchases. Only reason for the 4 instead of five stars is because for the price point, you expect a certain quantity. For the most part the quality is great but I have a consistent issue of flimsy zippers. They’re super thin and often get stuck. I’ve bought cheaper dresses with better zippers. Besides the zippers there’s other little things like loose strings, snagged lace, holes near the embroidery. Nothing huge, most I can fix myself, but details are important.

Shipping took forever but the clothes came in finally. Clothes feel a little cheap but eh they're super cute lmao. Friendly and great customer service-they let me swap clothing items before shipping. They also gave me free tights and a cute heart-shaped measuring tape.

So I bought the dress Towards The Sunset Dress - Pearl Pink, and its tailormade and customized to your size and dress length. I sent my customization in the note box. I was looking forward to it since it's my first time buying from this shop.
I really wanted to love this dress, however when it arrived I noticed the dress was very very long almost floor length. I'm 5'7 and I asked the length to be 94 cm in another email, a little past my knees, and they replied back saying they will update the tailor.
the dress was also very baggy in the bust and waist area, and nothing like the measurements I gave them.
I love the satin and the color, but its such a shame I wouldn't be able to wear it because of how baggy and unflattering it is. sadly I wont be buying from this store anymore.

Update: it got switched by accident, so i got a different order. Customer service has been great in resolving

Their stuff is really nice, some improvements can be made but overall, a nice experience.
I have bought a couple of things from them, to be specific: two dresses and some accessories!
One dress is a little see-through (little cheaply quality) but overall a nice dress to wear on the beach, the other was their KILLSBUNNY LOLITA DRESS which is ABSOLUTELY stunning!! The quality on that dress is amazing to say the least! Both dresses came with some little presents :3 really sweet of them!
Shipping prices are pretty high, so be aware of that.

Sadly I can't buy from them anymore since they don't use Bankcontact anymore, which is the Belgian payment card. Would like to buy more from here!

Don’t order. Takes a long time and the shoes I paid $47.95 are not wearable. They are so cheaply made and look horrible.

I ordered a dress, later I found out you can get the same one from Aliexpress for half the price. (this is from their Basic collection, so I thought its fine since they didnt mark it as an original design anyway). During checkout I paid 19% taxes, but as the package arrived to Germany I had to pay customs (like 5 euros). Im a little disappointed since I chose PostNL (usually, you dont have to pay taxes when choosing this courier because your item gets shipped to the netherlands first, then to you, and there are no tax laws when receiving packages from inside the EU) . The shipping also took longer than usual packages from China do. The quality of the dress is okay, and there was a little hairpin as a gift.

All in all, I only recommend buying original designs from their shop. Pay attention whether or not its an original design!

I bought a corset and skirt set from them- and paid a pretty penny for their clothing.

If they weren’t lying about their “handmade” clothing, made and “designed” I wouldn’t even complain. The reality is that they’re just taobao resellers who mark up prices astronomically.

Price I paid for the items on Peiliee Shop: $148
Price of exact items on taobao: $40 - even with shopping service fees it would be MUCH CHEAPER

This means they buy for cheap and sell to the western market for a profit, which by itself is fine. But don’t con people into thinking that they’re buying unique and exclusive goods from you. Because they aren’t. And yes this is even for their supposedly original clothing.

Ordered one item so far and still haven't received it. Says it's out for delivery but apparently the carrier who's delivering is a scam company.. the pieces on this site look amazing I wish I could just get my items!! :c

It was very nice.
I bought 2 dresses, one was lower quality than the other.
There were no defects whatsoever, but you can definitely see it's handmade!

Shipping is pretty pricey, even tho I live in EU.

I ordered a tank top and a plaid skirt, which together cost about 70 dollars. Once it arrived, the skirt had a terrible smell, like gasoline. The zipper was very cheap and wouldn't budge at all, it is impossible to wear even though I ordered my correct size. The tank top was very unflattering and poorly made, I'd imagine if I actually wore it it would fall apart in a matter of days. I'm sure their more expensive items are fine, but I expect more from such a large brand.

Their prices are moderately low, so I expected the usual retail quality say h&m quality since the price point is similar even a bit higher. However when my stuff arrived it looked very low quality I would be able to find similar stuff on aliexpress.
They market themselves as a designer brand based in Sweden however everything comes from china and looks the part too. Took more than a month to arrive even though I paid €20 for shipping.
