Pension App have been so patient with me. I have adhd and am rubbish with opening my post and getting stuff done.

They have been polite, professional all the way.

James went through one of the forms with me. He rung me back at the time I asked not a minute before or a minute after. I really appreciated that.

Would highly recommend if you are thinking of consolidating lots of pensions.

James was bob on and explained my transfer from Scottish widows to pension app . Very clearly and helpful

James the advisor, he was lovely calm and friendly on the phone, went a my pace and explained everything throughly. James made me feel at ease and his calm tone was very comforting. James 5 star customer service, we need more people like James

Everything’s about this process has been so easy. If you have any questions just ask and someone (Millie) in my case will answer and help you through everything. It’s great to have everything in one place.

They make the whole process simple for their customers,by doing all the legwork of hunting down pensions that are owed to me. All I had to provide was the names of previous employers. It couldn't be any easier. Great company and an App that's easy to use. 10/10 for pension app.

A little concerned this was going to be a scam. They turned everything up, I transfered pensions, documents sent and signed. Easy. Definitely download the app as it answers all your questions. Iv already passed on the number to friends .. .Spoke to adviser Beth and James and they happily put me at ease.

The process was so easy that I thought it would come to nothing. Only a few weeks went by before I heard back from them though.
Now, the money which was missing for over 10 years was located relatively easy by them and I am going through the process of having it transferred.
I'm very grateful to Charlotte and the team for their personal attitude and their attention to detail. After my RTC I was really in need of some funds and hopefully this will come in handy now.
