Great tour guide, nice hotels and meals.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for our guide JeanYang during this wonderful trip to Turkey.

Throughout the journey, she was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and thoughtful, always willing to adjust plans to help make our experience more meaningful and enjoyable. One thing that especially touched me was my desire to visit the Basilica of St. John. Although it was not part of the original itinerary, she kindly arranged for the driver to stop along the way so that I could take some photos. I later learned that the parking fee there was actually quite expensive, which made me realize this was a special gesture beyond the planned tour. I am truly grateful for that extra effort.

Another memorable experience was purchasing a beautiful leather jacket as a keepsake from Turkey. Knowing that not all guests were interested in shopping for leather goods, she thoughtfully arranged for the driver to take the other guests back to the hotel first before accompanying us. Her consideration for everyone's preferences while still helping us enjoy our experience was greatly appreciated.

On another note, at one hotel, there was no iron available, and I needed to press some clothes. When she learned about the situation, she personally brought a portable iron that she had prepared and lent it to me. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture that made a real difference.

Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made this trip especially enjoyable and memorable. We felt well cared for throughout the journey, and her warm hospitality added so much to the overall experience.

Thank you for your companionship, patience, and excellent service. This trip created many wonderful memories, and I am truly grateful for everything she did to make it so special.

Our Scandinavian trip in May was unforgettable, not only for the beautiful scenery but also for our guide, Wei Chen! He was incredibly funny, knowledgeable, and attentive to everyone, which added so much to our trip. We were so lucky to have him again after our Eastern European tour last April. We’ll definitely keep traveling with Peony and hoping for another trip with Wei Chen!

Loved this trip. Although the route was partly changed due to recent wars, our experience during the trip was still as good as what we originally expected The scenery, the local food, the historical sites, all made beautiful memories. Our tour guide’s daily story about Greek mythology made our trip very interesting. She is also very detailed and caring. I would like to have future trips with her again.

这次的东欧6国游，总的感觉还不错。旅行社按排游览的景点，酒店和早晚餐，都让我们很满意。带队的陈导很热心，在旅游路上很关心大家，让我们感觉蛮亲切的。在所有的地陪中我们喜欢维也纳的地陪，她说得中英文非常清楚，把历史说得很生动，很吸引我们。但是我们感到遗憾的是，很多景点的历史我们听得不明白，进去看了，出来还是懵圈，有时我们还跑到别的旅游团听别人的地陪说故事…希望以后旅行社请地陪最好是要请知识面广些的，表述清楚些的地陪，让我们走这么一趟要有所收获。在这我们要谢谢旅行社的Angle，她热情地及时地回复我们的每一个问题，给我们很多的帮助，让我们感觉特别好。

Nathan is very kind, nice and knowledgeable.

Exceptional customer service and extraordinary tour experience for all of us total 33 person. Nathan also has great knowledge and insight history stories which helped us to understand the history behind all the magnificent buildings.

Program schedule arrangement was good, especially had a local tour guide accompany the whole trip.
However the Turkey trip from May 8, 2026 to May 19, 2026 had a incompetent Tour leader who was unprofessional, inexperienced, unfamiliar with any place other than China. Most unacceptable things are that she didn't check out the fact and just respond irresponsibly. Didn't help member to resolve issues with the hotels, such as no WI-FI and no phone dial tone. Arguing with the tour guide based on her limits knowledge from China. And called Taiwan "Province" using communism party members's tone treated customers. Didn't talk about history or geography of the place we visited but talked about her father's experience in the U.S. and disliked tour guide from Taiwan. And added commercial shopping with leather coat which is not in the program.

I had a wonderful time with my parents on the Sicily tour. Our tour guide James went above and beyond. My parents really appreciate the in-depth presentation on local history and the real-time Chinese translations over the radio as the local tour guides speak in English. His dedication to us and the trip is highly appreciated. We hope to have James as our tour guide again on future tours.

The tour is very well arranged, and our guide Nathan is outstanding in attentiveness and knowledge. I learned a lot of interesting facts about the places that we visited, absolutely beyond expectation!

An Unforgettable Experience – Wei Chen is the Absolute Best!

"Scandinavia & Fjords" was hands-down the highlight of our trip, and that is entirely thanks to our incredible guide, Wei Chen. From the absolute moment we met, he brought an incredible energy, warmth, and professionalism that set the tone for the whole day.

Wai Chen didn't just rattle off dates and facts; he told captivating stories that brought the history and culture to life. He was also incredibly attentive to the group—making sure everyone could hear, keeping a perfect pace, and seamlessly managing all the logistics without us ever feeling rushed.

I have joint the tour to Scandinavia with Mr Wei Chen, he was amazing the best tour guide I have ever met. Knowledgeable, funny, caring about everyone. Highly recommend him and can't wait to join another tour with him.

We had a wonderful 12-day Spain & Portugal trip in late April 2026. The itinerary was perfect and the pace was just right for us. Our tour guide Jeffrey was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The entire tour was well planned, managed, and carried through. We are looking forward to another Peony trip in the fall.
