Impossible to return a product (dog’s bed) which is awful quality and had the wrong size recommendation for my dog’s breed on their website.
I think I’m close to 10 emails now, asking for a refund. All with the same kind of answers: 10% discount to keep it, 15% later, etc. None allowing me to return it and get a refund. They don’t even read that my dog does not fit in that bed. Why on earth I would like to keep it??! Probably a bot answering all emails.
Don’t give this thieves your business!

A joke of a company. I bought a dog's bed, in theory for an Australian shepherd's size dog. Well, I would need two of them together to fit my MINI Australian shepherd in that small "pillow". Plus, the filling is not near enough to give the dog's bed the "sofa" shape that you can see on the website. Send them an email asking how to return the product since the day I received it. They are just replying stupid excuses ("send pictures" first, "10% discount to keep it" later, "wait for the vacuum filling to reshape" on the last email). I've just asked them to stop with the nonsense as they have a return policy in place. Waiting for the response. Let's see.

The head shaped magnets are obviously a mass produced product of certain breeds of dogs. I have emailed Pepper's Paradise, sent them a photo of the dog and of the product purchased and this is their explanation 'We want to assure you that due to the artisanal nature of our production process, there can be a natural variation of 5 to 10 percent between our handmade products and their original counterparts. This variation can occur in aspects such as size, color, and texture, which is part of what makes each piece unique and special.' A complete whitewash. AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY.

So I read the reviews thinking I wasn’t going to get what I ordered and just got scammed. I got exactly what I ordered. And it looks great. I ordered a necklace with my dogs face on it as a gift for my mum. And for the price was fantastic. Delivery was delayed but I got exactly what I purchased.

I made a purchase from Peppers Paradise before reading these reviews, then I got scared. However I was actually pleasantly surprised.

I ordered Custom Engraved Pet Magnet Figurine on Saturday 9th November, and it was delivered on Monday 25th November. This fits in with the timeframe they give you when placing the order, so no issues there.

I bought a figurine for my SIL of her Chow Chow. Do I think it is truly custom? No. I sent a photo of him with his mouth shut but smiling, the figurine that came has his mouth open and tongue out. HOWEVER I do think there is enough likeness to the photo I sent for it to pass as a personalised gift.

It was packaged perfectly, and really well protected. This is just my experience but overall i'm happy with the item and my experience with the company.

Awful company. I suspect it is a Chinese company that has made itself look British. Products haven’t arrived several weeks after ordering them and the tracking numbers they give are false. Poor response from the customer service department. Cannot comment on quality as products never arrived.

Didn’t receive my product. A mat with my pets image on it. I think this is a scam site.

Waiting weeks and weeks for delivery and apparently my item is now in London and has been for over a week!! Received a further promise of delivery when I suggested that I would ask my credit card company to refund my payment. Further promises of new tracking information not yet received. I won’t be buying anything from this company in the future.

Ordered custom made figure of my dog , delivery took a while,,when it arrived it wasent packaged well and once opened i found it was broken in transit. However the figure I received didn't resemble my dog at all. And the head was flat one side and just a deformed lump on the other. Contacted company asking for full refund which they offered a 10% refund , I declined they now said they can only offer 20% refund, i have again declined and waiting for a reply. They are awful deceitful company , my advice wild be to avoid them .

I had no problems with this company. I ordered 2 fridge magnets, sent of the photos and waited. Read the reviews and panicked, but they arrived within 2 weeks and I'm happy with the likeness with the photos I supplied.

Whilst the item took longer than expected, they kept me updated frequently. When it finally arrived it was a great likeness of our cat. Very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I ordered a black & white cat to give to my daughter, based on her cat. I placed the order on 20/10/24 & received it today 22/11/24 so just over a month.
The markings were pretty good but the eyes were nothing like it. Poor quality too from what I expected & very disappointing.

As with all the other reviews. What you get is a standard Cat/dog blank figurine that has been roughly painted in the colours of your pet. Basically it is a total con. They ship from China via the US so take months as well.

I ordered a figure of my cat over a month ago and I all I can say is if you order dint expect it to look exactly like your pet they have given my cat a bigger head than she actually has and have missed some of her markings off it looks like her a little bit but it's not exact the head looks nothing like her but the rest of the body does the wait time is quite long it said 2 weeks i waited over 4 weeks

2 of my items were awful. I ordered 3 custom painted pet figures. First of all the dog was a completely different breed to the one I sent them and the cat was painted completely the wrong colour. I contacted for a refund and they could only offer me 15% back. Avoid at all costs, they don’t care about their customers and have sold me a product that a 5 year old could’ve done a better job at

Just keep in mind it is a foreign business so it takes a while for delivery leave about a month or two but your product will come

My Autistic Sons Support dog sadly passed away and I ordered him what should have been a statue of his world ! It took nearly 4 months to arrive and is absolutely nothing like him! The customer service was appalling no help whatsoever ! I am disgusted by the entire experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE ONE BIG SCAM !!!

wish I'd checked here first. ordered an engraved head of our dog for our son as a Xmas present, waited almost 2 months and finally it arrived. Don't know who's dog I got but it's nothing like mine. Could've saved a lot of money and bought a dog head magnet in poundland. Disgusted. AVOID AVOID. SCAM

I am very disappointed with this product. We sent photos of two cockapoos, one with a white nose and one with a black nose- we received two identical moulded magnets painted the same. We also sent photos a black Labrador and brown Staffy, both were made with the same mould and painted the same colour.
In addition to this the customer service is appalling. We are now six days into requesting a refund upon return of the items. We have been advised that the quality of the photos sent can impact upon the finished product which is understandable, however, I do not feel that the picture quality sent was so poor that colours and breeds were unidentifiable.
We were initially offered a 15% discount which has risen in increments to 25% with the added bonus of keeping the magnets. Considering none of the magnets are able to be given as a gift I find this unacceptable and continue to request a full refund, I am happy to return the magnets and would assume they could be used for some else given the lack of detail.
Overall this has been a very poor experience.

DO NOT BUY from this fraudulent company. Took 6 weeks to receive a so called personalised dog figure. Have no idea what photos they were modelling it on but it certainly wasn’t based on ones I sent. Have contacted credit card company to get a refund. I should have read the reviews , unfortunately I was drunk at the time of purchasing.
