Better Update
I made my order on October 12 and did not receive any notification on shipping. When I called to check three days later on October 15, I was told my items were not shipped because of the strike. I did not receive any any information about the strike until I made that call. The customer service agent told me they will ship the item that afternoon but I did not receive any information till the next day. When I called again on October 16, the item still hasn't been shipped and the customer support team told me the items were still there. According to what they told me, they had to double check that address was correct, and they couldn't ship on the 16th.

The initial delay was due to the Canada Post strike, which unfortunately affected our shipping schedule. As soon as we were able to resume shipments, we did our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
In your case, there was an additional one-day delay as your address was flagged as unrecognized in our system, and we needed to verify the details before shipping to ensure successful delivery.
It’s legit, good lenses
Lenses very nice price, shipping was pretty quick actually, only about a week or so. Thanks guys!
